My partner and I purchased a lovely sectional at Hampton House this morning, and were very fortunate to have Amanda Mansfield as our sales associate. Amanda was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as we chose fabrics and configurations. Thank you, Amanda. You are a real asset to this company.

We have had incredible service at Hampton house. Lynne led us through some tough decisions with her extensive decor knowledge and experience. She was also very patient with us. I just read the review by Mike and I cannot believe he was writing about the same person. Perhaps he was the one with the wrong attitude as we never, for one second, felt anything but a genuine and caring attitude from Lynne and her devotion to her job.

Very disappointed. Treated like a criminal not a customer. Tried to purchase a $2600 Fjords chair. First sales person Lynne was somewhat rude and full of attitude. Asked 2 questions which seemed to frustrate her. Wanted to know where it was made, she assured me Norway, which I believe is not entirely true, so I wanted it confirmed. Also wanted delivery to PEI organized so that someone would be home, they could not/would not commit to a date, too difficult to organize?? Anyway they have suggested they have credited my Visa, which I have not seen yet. Very Disappointed.
