Go-to park in the neighbourhood with nice, well maintained facilities. Not an official off-leash dog park, but there are often quite a few off-leash dogs especially on the beautiful recently redone field that is almost fully gated there are several entrances, but is fenced for the most part. The field is gigantic, about 3 football stadiums. There is flat terrain, as well as downhill stretches that make a great safe and popular sledding spot. There’s also more pasture on the west side of the park that is not fenced and has a more elevated view of the city and mountains. There’s a convenient parking lot, as well as a community centre. Apart from a playground, they’ve also got a small skate park with a nice respectful community
This is a big park with lots of features. Two baseball diamonds, a kids playground, a skate park area, and a large level field at the north end that is perfect for throwing a ball or frisbee. Nice views of the mountains on a clear day. Plenty of parking on the street.
Although we couldn’t skate there when we arrived at the park but we will definitely come back when it’s dry. This is a beginner friendly park with mini ramps are not too intimidating. There are banks gaps and ledges for all kinds of grinds you can think of. Outstanding!!!
Nice! Gym is split up into several three different rooms but it has everything you need. Doesn't get as busy here as other community centers.
Always has parking. The community centre there has a swimming pool with WARM water!
A great place to see the mountains and the city from a distance.
A nice local park! Beautiful in the fall when the leaves turn different colors as my picture shows! This park is right next to the community center! There are a small playground and two big grass fields! My son enjoys playing the baby swing at the playground!
Huge park with open fields so lots of place to play and run around. Plus the amazing view of Vancouver city and the mountains.
Good playground, kids park, skateboard, two baseball field.
In this park is located the Kensington Comunity Center where there is a fitness center and a pool. The park has four baseball fields, a skatepark, a playground for children.
