Story

Kelowna Cycle is the oldest and wisest bike shop located in the heart of the Mission area of Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. As a bike store it has been a pillar of the community for decades. The shop has witnessed many of great eras of modern cycling ranging from the grand cruisers of the fifties, the banana seat Mustangs from CCM, the advent of the BMX, and, of course, the mountain bike.

I bought an Ibis Ripley AF for a family member at Kelowna Cycle at the end of 2021, and had a positive experience dealing with Patrick. He responded to emails quickly and in detail, and presented valid alternatives for build kits and colours when the items I originally wanted were not available. When I ordered a Ride Wrap kit for it, they even exchanged a kit that was erroneously sent by Ride Wrap for the correct kit without any charge to me. Overall, I have had good experiences buying from Kelowna cycle and would recommend the shop.
I’ve had David Kirk help me over the years and he has always provided amazing service. He is always very helpful and a wealth of knowledge he is the master bike fit . Shannon has helped me during my purchase of my recent Tri Bike. She has been very helpful and has gone out of her way many times to help me source out some parts before my upcoming race. If you need anything bike related I highly recommend them. They are very passionate and knowledgeable. Best bike shop in town 5
My husband and I love this shop, we've purchased a couple mountain bikes and skis from Kelowna Cycle. The service is always really great and the team is super knowledgeable. They have went above and beyond for a couple of emergency service situations for us with quick turn around times. We highly recommend this shop!

This place will never get my business again and everyone buying a bike from here should look elsewhere. I bought a brand new Rocky Mountain Altitude in March of last year. My second ride on the bike the derailleur went into the spokes. I brought the bike back to the shop they said they have no idea how many times I’ve rode it so it’s tough to say whose fault it is. So they fixed it however they didn’t call to ask what parts I wanted so they downgraded my derailleur with out asking and just rebuilt my rim which I think they should’ve replaced for me. They gave the bike back to me and I’ve been having problems with the rims and the derailleur ever since. Please consider this when you’re spending a lot of money I think kelowna cycle could have made my experience so much better just by eatting 500 dollars when I’ve spent more than 10000 at their shop. Don’t buy here look else where
I bought a 1959 CCM tandem. I called Kelowna Cycle to have it serviced. All I wanted was new tubes & tires, cranks re-greased with new bearings, rear break serviced, & a wobble in the front tire adjusted. They just shut me down telling me that they didn't have any parts despite the fact that I was telling them I didn't want parts. They didn't want my business. They didn't want to work on my bike. Funny thing is the bike has a Kelowna Cycle service sticker on it. I will never shop at their store again!
Have a great staff and a wide range of Bike, road , Moutain bike , electric bikes , also a wide section of other bikes . Very clean from the work shop, Bike area and a clothing, lights , all the rest. Have a happy Christmas and the best of the New Year. Thanks Mitch
Got exactly what I wanted, fair price, ready before I was ready to get there. Ryan made it easy. Back for another bike shortly. EDIT. First service, perfect. They volunteered that it was included with the purchase of the bike. Nice, honest, thanks.
These guys are awesome! Went in looking for a fat bike and they had some options in stock which was surprising because they are much more popular in the fall and winter. Scott helped me out finding the right bike, and found a nice helmet for me as well. He was really friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. The entire experience was great! I have put some miles on the bike already and I couldn't be happier.
I went here beginning of May looking for riding goggles, they did not have was I was looking for but the guys there seemed friendly and helpful. So due to a positive experience I went in today seeking an accessory the tech there was very informative and helped me understand my issue...... however my experience could have done without the ignorant condescending individual his name was Dave I think. Well never be back and never recommend.
