This is by far one of the best bike shops in Kelowna. They treated you like your super special. I live in Vernon and drive down just to deal with them. Great service guys

My bike rims needed to get trued as they were really bad and not rideable. I was told over the phone that it may or may not be done by end of the day. Not to mention all other bike shops had a week or 2 wait Brought my bike in and went to do errands, got a call 20 mins later and my bike was FIXED! Fastest service I’ve ever received and the customer service here is phenomenal. Best bike shop for all your bike needs. I will definitely be back and will only be going to this bike shop going forward. Thanks again ChainLine Cycle!!!

I’ve popped into chain line a few times now and was surprised that I could get parts often cheaper than Amazon. Plus there stock levels were excellent. Yesterday I brought in my bike which required a few parts and repairs. They had it fixed the same day. The price and quality was excellent. Highly recommend this shop.

Amazing service! Just a lovely group of people who work there. Not only did they fix my bike up in no time but they remembered who I was and made me feel like I was more than just a number. Very personable, and genuine! 10/10 recommend.

I purchased a bike through pinkbike.com and the seller suggested we use ChainLine to pack and ship the bike. The team was awesome to deal with, helping to facilitate the shipping to Ontario and when the bike arrived it was very well protected. Excellent service at a very reasonable price!

A pleasure to deal with the crew at Chainline! I had a few warranty issues with a custom bike build and Darrin was extremely supportive of my situation. He dealt with the supplier and had me back up and rolling! The attention to detail and customer service sets this shop apart!
