A wonderful experience. First visit for my young rescue dog. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. We are real fans of Dr. McQuade. Definitely recommend.
I switched to Kelly vet several years ago and have all four two dogs, two cats, one of each is senior animals in their care. I'm really thankful for the compassion and understanding they always show me. Over the past few years, my two seniors have struggled with cancer and other ailments that have had them in the office multiple times a month sometimes, and I always feel informed and provided with options that are best for my babies. I've always had good experiences, but even more recently its just been beyond what I ever expected with compassion from a vet.
We are new clients. When our dog got sick our regular Vet was closed. I called Kelly Vet and they were able to see Pip immediately. The Dr. and staff were all very thorough and friendly. I am very happy they were able to help us, and are continuing to help us diagnose Pip's issues. I would highly recommend this clinic!
Best vet office around! We will never go anywhere else! From the smiling faces that greet you when you walk in to the techs and doctors that you see in the exam room, I know my fur babies are taken care of and loved! Axle, Piston, Brinn and Falcon thank all of you for taking care of them
First vet appointment here for a Rescue Dog, Kelley vet clinic exceeded my expectations for my dogs vet appointment. He has really bad anxiety and gets worked up kinda badly. Kelley vets staff took this into consideration and had an extra vet tech to assist the whole way. While bribing the dog with treats and distractions he received three shots and had his blood drawn, he was blissfully unaware! Truly the opposite of how i thought that visit would go. Thank you Kelley vet clinic for being an awesome local veterinary clinic!!!
We just purchased a puppy and decided to keep the breeders appointment she had made for the remaining pups. So happy we did. It was a snow-stormy day so instead of cancelling us, they offered an earlier appt. That was wonderful! They were so great with her AND us. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Their prices were also right in line with other vets!
I could never say enough great things about Kelly Veterinary Clinic. Dr. McQuade is such a compassionate doctor and cares for her patients as if they were her own. She always has their best interests at heart. I would also like to mention Lisa - I spoke with her on the phone recently and she put all my concerns at ease by making sure I knew I wasn't alone in the things I was worried about. Also, Logan has assisted on Milo's last few apts - she was so great - even though he wasn't the nicest boy during some of those visits. She was also very compassionate and understanding towards us as parents. Megan was also so kind to us. She was the only one working the front desk at the time and even the phones were continuously ringing she never made us feel rushed or that our interaction was any less important than anyone else. Thank you to the rest of the staff I did not mention as I know it takes an entire team to give the high standard of care you all provide. Thank you.

The staff was patient, understanding and empathetic. They took time to give me all the options available to make the best decision I could regarding my pet. This has to be the most compassionate veterinary office I have ever been too.
