During the past four years I saw Athletic Therapists, Massage Therapists and one of their Natropathic Doctor. All of them were very knowledgeable and the treatments fullfilled my expectations. Whether it is rehab from a surgery or injury prevention, they just know what's good for active people. So I hurt my neck from a bad tackle in rugby and after a month it was still really sore. I was having trouble sleeping and decided I would go and see a specialist to hopefully rule out any serious neck injury. I booked an appointment with Dr. Valerie Lamarre and went to see her on Saturday morning. She was really prepared for me and went through every possibility. Checked for concussion, heart rate, neurological etc. and explained everything to me as she did it. I was quite nervous as it was my first visit to a chiropractor but she really made me feel comfortable by talking through everything she was doing. All in all it was a great experience and my neck is feeling much better after the initial treatment and the stretches she explained to me that will help it to heal. I have another appointment booked for Monday after work which is so good for me as I work 8.30-5. The weekend and evening options are brilliant. Thanks so much!
Amazing chiro!! Cannot say enough amazing things about her. I was extremely nervous for my first chiro appointment. However, once I stepped foot into her office she put me at ease. She answered all my questions I had. She even explained what she was doing which made me feel super comfortable. I encourage everyone to go see her for any type of pain you have. she is a miracle worker! Plus she really does care for each and everyone of her patients!
Jess at Keller Active Health is AWESOME, she is so friendly and really takes pride in getting you back on your feet and in a healthy place again. They are all very caring and friendly there, and very knowledgable. I have absolutely no reservation about referring them to anyone, and have done so several times already. If you are looking for someone to help you with your aches and pains and injuries, these are absolutely the people you want to see. Thank you Jess
Came to Keller active on the recommendation of a friend who swears by them. I've gone for athletic therapy, massage therapy and, my favorite, chiropractic treatment. The ladies at Keller active have been able to straighten out a slew of muscular issued I've been dealing with as a result of work and powerlifting. I've been to other massage therapists and wellness centres and none have been able to break up knots and tensions in my upper back and I'm convinced that it's due to their comprehensive approach. I'd recommend Keller to anyone, whether have a few nagging issues they want to tackle, or whether they require extensive rehab, there's something here for all types.
Can't believe how well my first 2 massage appointments have helped my injuries. Craig is extremely knowledgable and meticulous when working on me and he worked hard to find where my problems were originating from. VERY happy so far with Keller Active Health!
Firstly, I would like to say that I wish I had come to see Jess sooner. After a very serious ankle injury, seeing a physiotherapist 3 times a week for a month, I still couldn't walk properly. After 2 sessions with Jess I saw a significant improvement and increase in mobility. I am so thankfully that my friend suggested I go see Jess. I would highly recommend her as she is a very friendly, positive and most importantly very knowledgeable. I will definetly be going back and continue to see Jess! Thanks for helping my recovery!
Everyone at Keller is amazing!!!! I'm new to naturopathy and I can't say enough about how amazing Alex Keller is. : Through conversation, acupuncture and cupping I am on my way to not only a healthier lifestyle but hoping to train for some 5k runs this summer. When my muscles are screaming from all these 5k runs I plan to see Megan Burn one of their amazing massage therapists. Highly recommend giving them a call if your dealing with pain or trying to recover from an injury, they have a wide variety of amazing people ready to put you first and get you back to 100%
I saw two physiotherapists, a chiro, and a kinesiologist before I got to Jess, and I’ve seen way more progress in a month than I have with anyone else. She explains things clearly, cares about your final outcome, and nothing beats being able to play Wii games for your knee rehab. I would recommend her to anyone!
Keller Active Health is ideal for athletes looking to help deal with their injuries as well as preventing them. The full team here can help you with athletic therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, etc. I have used a wide variety of their professionals and they are all awesome! Highly recommended!!
