Crossroads is amazing and I hope they continue to grow to be able to support the many families in need. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, kind and genuinely caring of children and their families.
Very happy with Crossroad. My child feels safe, comfortable and able to talk. And they help me by giveing me the tools I need. THANK YOU.
This place does NOT do anything to help children... We brought a child there multiple years ago who desperately needed help and Crossroads did NOTHING. We tried to contact them TWICE recently for help and once again they did NOTHING, NEVER heard anything back from them at all! It's upsetting that a place that's SUPPOSED to be there to help, DOESN'T bother doing anything at all to help... I'd give 0 stars review if I could and would NOT recommend anyone to go through them since they can't seem to help like they are actually supposed to THEY NEVER BOTHER HELPING!!! HOW IS THIS PLACE NOT SHUT DOWN FOR NOT HELPING CHILDREN!!!!
Staff are extremely patient and knowledgeable.
