Kean found me a quick appointment at a time that worked for me. Service began right on time. Reception was clear and prompt. The team found an additional concern which I approved for immediate remedy. The waiting room was welcoming, offering hot beverages and comfortable seating with a clean washroom on site. Billing was clearly explained by reception, The cost was reasonable and a report of the inspection was sent to my home email.Excellent service as always. I went in a few weeks back to ask about front brakes and was provided a quote. I made the appointment for 2 weeks down the road and my front brakes were replaced, rotors turned and came out with the same amount on the bill as quoted. Service was as requested plus more. They did a complete bumper to bumper inspection. Matter of fact, I had my truck in at the Toyota dealership 2 weeks previous for a complete check and oil change, they never check my air filter. Keen checked it and found it to be dirty and recommended replacing it. Staff were very friendly and courteous. The waiting room is relaxing and comfy. Thanks for the great service. These guys will take good care of your vehicle. They have worked on my Dodge Cummins 2007 and my F350 2013. They have a very organized way of presenting there inspection reports. Very honest with labour costs. They also work on my wife's Mitsubishi Delica, which is way more convenient then driving to Coombs.Services:&nbsp;Vehicle safety inspection

We’ve been there, they helped us with our oil pump and more stuff, costs 1500 bucks. Took 5 days to repair and after our first ride we had another problem caused by the pump. So we called them again but they told us it wouldn’t be their fault. So we went to another mechanic who knew immediately what the problem was, so thanks to mean auto we had to pay another 200 bucks because of their mistake.

Had to get our 2008 truck ready for an upcoming cross-Canada trip. Excellent diagnostics, appropriate service, now ready to go. Thank you.  Update: Made it across Canada. Truck performed admirably with no issues at all.Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

KEAN guided me through some complicated and stressful truck issues with ease, professionalism, and patience!  They use an online system to send the diagnostics report. I’ve never seen another shop do this, and it’s AMAZING!!!! The report includes photos, notes, and even videos that explain why the fix or issue is important. The owner obviously wants customers to be informed about the whole process and this transparency built trust as well as a better understanding of my vehicle.  Sonia was so lovely to talk to on the phone- very helpful and patient. Phil was the mechanic who worked on my vehicle and the notes he left were detailed and informative.  Can’t recommend this shop enough!
