Robert in sales went to infinity and beyond for me and my family. We purchased a vehicle back in December and he actually brought the van to us in Nanaimo. It was his birthday, and he still took the time to deliver us our vehicle. Not to mention, there was an issue with the.brakes and he had it the shop just a few days later. I just bought a new vehicle from this dealership and I am very happy with the deal and the service I received ! I walked into the dealership and talked to Rob in finance. I only had a few days on the island and rough credit and I needed a new vehicle . He went over and above my expectations . Best Dealership Anywhere! I have been dealing with Kevin at CVD off and on for over 20 years. I will not go anywhere else. The entire staff go out of their way to provide an excellent customer experience and follow up service after purchase is incredible. Honest, trustworthy dealership from parts to service to sales.
