Fountain Tire

Yesterday I discovered I had a flat tire and fortunately was right near this store. Not only was it flat, I’d been riding on the rim! long story …. Rob was able to have my spare put on within 30 mins on a very busy day due to snow, etc. He tried to find me a new tire, but none available, however he got me set up with my spare and didn’t charge me! I was shocked as I fully expected to pay for their time. Super, super service , thanks Rob . I’ll be recommending you!

When my wife and I went to Courtenay and knew we had a little extra time, we decided to see if we could get some tires on our truck. Fountain Tire had the best reviews so we took a chance and went there. Although they didn't have tires in stock, Becky assured us she could get the tires the next day and have them installed that afternoon. We decided to go for it and set a late afternoon appointment. At mid day, we got word that the last ferry to Powell River was being cancelled so we called Fountain to say we couldn't make the appointment. We had to get the 3:25 ferry. These guys totally understood and squeezed us in, in time for us to get our ferry home. Fabulous service and highly recommended

Honest and clear in explanation when explaining my tires and driving experience having done a test drive for me. Didn't take money off me either as he felt he'd be unfair to do so. Great professionalism. I'll be back!

Awesome experience at Fountain Tire. Bought a full set of tires off them and a month later i hit a nail and they fixed it for me within 20 minutes and didn't even charge me! Always a great experience here. Highly recommended.

I am from Edmonton and needed my brakes inspected last minute when we got to town the last week of July. Every shop in town was booked and couldn't offer any type of help. Fountain tire offered to have a tire tech inspect my brakes just so I could figure out what I was dealing with it the very least. They found I needed new brakes on the front of my truck. Their Mechanic came out and said he could help me out as he had 2 hours before his next scheduled service. They replaced my brakes and had mr running on the road again by lunch time. Would come back for service again if we didn't live so far away. Thanks again to the whole team for hooking us up when they barely had time to breathe! Went here with a leaking tire, patched the tire and gave us a great deal. Was also very quick service same day within an hour!
