Island Honda

Thank you to Lorna for the super service. She was so much fun to work with and I felt like we were friends. We had a trade in and she got us a good deal and worked at getting us a roof rack on top of the trade in. If she hadn't worked as hard as she did at getting us the deal we would have somewhere else. Great service from the Honda team and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my future business back.

My experiences with car dealerships in the past have been abysmal including rude and aggressive with poor knowledge and tact. Island Honda has changed my views on what a car dealership can be like. Starting with the Sales Department which is a fresh, youthful, energetic take on what a car buying experience should be like: fun and exciting! We test drove, received a fair price for our trade in, and got to review options for extended warranties (of which Honda has some of the best value of any manufacturer I have seen). After the sale I received excellent follow-up from my salesperson ensuring that I understood my brand new vehicle to the fullest extent. Servicing my vehicle has been a pleasure. They offer courtesy cars, a shuttle service, and a comfortable lounge if it's a quick job. They even wash your car for free, for life. Don't take my word for it, go see these guys and you will be impressed.

I went down to the dealership to look at their used car inventory. Dunno who the woman was I talked to, some senior manager of some sort. She asked how I might pay for a car, I told her I was unsure. She immediately launched into financing a new car. I wasn't there for one, I can't afford a new car and I prefer to go for used anyways. But despite that, she kept insisting on trying to show me a new car instead of what I was there for. I understand why financing might help my situation, but I was there just to look at what they had for used cars, possibly to test drive one. I had no idea what kind of car I was even looking for at first, I wanted to do some personal research to find that out! She also had a bad habit of interrupting me and not letting me finish what I was trying to tell here I was THERE FOR, what I WANTED, what I NEEDED in a car, and what I was READY for. Might as well have been talking to a bush. She then sat me down and we had a little chat and I went on my way afterwards. Never even saw a single used car in the end. An absolutely ridiculously pushy woman. Is that how everyone is there? I'm sure the establishment is... fine. This review is for her level of service alone

Yvan was great to work with. We went in (with a baby and toddler) looking for a bigger SUV. He made the whole experience (involving moving car seats for test drives, quick lessons on different features, quotes on added accessories, etc). very positive. Happily driving our new car! If you need someone who can find you the vehicle you are looking for, get in touch with him now. Added bonus: they have popcorn & a kids playroom!!

Absolutely love dealing with Island Honda. I recently purchased my third car from here and had a wonderful experience. My salesperson , Colton was super knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his way to be helpful without any pressure to buy. All in all, best dealership around. Highly recommended !!!
