Not Shure why anyone would give this place a bad review, it is exactly what it looks like, a small mom and pop place. Management is awesome no problems at all! Even delayed my first weeks rent till I wasn't strapped! Perfect little working man's campground.

Quality of accommodation is inversely proportional to the hospitality. This is a camp ground. They have a hot shower. That's it. What is notable about Judy's Campground is the warm welcome from the camp groundskeeper Rob. He'll offer you his car, his couch, even his social security number if you really need it... even if you are from Chicago. When you visit family for the holidays you sleep in the game room on a cot from the army surplus store, but you don't mind because it feels like home. Stay at Judy's, Rob will take care of you.

We arrived late in Michigan on the hope we'd find a tent site and this guy had them. When we arrived he personally gave us best site options available and walked with us. I forgot my rainfly for the tent he said he believed it would rain for up to three hours that night. He proposed a better idea for us being an older couple to give us a camper for way cheaper than his standard fee for the night just in case he was right. The camper was very comfortable and clean with all you could need for cooking and so fourth it had a built in radio with speakers in the bed area. I really couldn't refuse such a great offer and it did rain for well over the prediction he made. It was also parked right across from the bathrooms and they were very clean and updated. Don't mind all the stuff he has laying around as I'm sure he is making it a little better everyday. He had a private beach but we never got a chance to visit it as we left a little early. His check out time was noon which is nice for the late party types. Stay out of Buffalo for supplies it can be pricey I paid 6.21 for a gallon of orange juice for our cocktails that night. Kate and I thank you for what you did for us that night Rob.🙂
