Super smooth check-in and check-out. The room was clean and the bed was great! I would definitely come back in the future.

Excellent hotel. I do not believe this is just a 2 star. The rooms are clean and halls are nice. Coffee in lobby is nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The best part was the friendly service we received from Jamie. She was so pleasant and helpful. That was a delightful way to start our day. Great job, Jamie!

Check in was easy and fast. Decent breakfast. Bed comfortable. Only problem, toilet had low water pressure.

I wish I could give 0 stars after the hellish experience in this hotel. The room was filthy and the bedding was stained and used. When the issue of the dirty bedding was brought up to the front desk staff, she became argumentative and insisted we were wrong. She assured us that was not possible and they were cleaned today. Eventually she shoved a stack of linens at us and informed us we could make the bed because there was no one from housekeeping there. The bedskirt was soiled (pictured), the lamp shade had what appeared to be blood on them (pictured), and the disgusting chair and ottoman were heavily stained and I found old food stuck to the ottoman (pictured). Only positive here is that there were no bed bugs... Here is my real issue with this hotel and the Choice hotel chains. There was an error in our reservation that resulted in 2 rooms for 1 night instead of the intended 1 room for 2 nights BUT we had no idea there were two rooms until we saw the checkout summaries they leave at your door. When we checked in (same person who argued about dirty bedding) we were only informed about one room and received keys for the one room. Their excuse? “Oh she was unaware that you had two rooms. I’m sorry” The second room was marked as no call, no show for a non-cancelable rate and we couldn’t speak with a manager because he wasn’t even on the property the whole weekend. In fact, after several phone calls and 3 hours on hold/on the phone with customer service over the course of a week where they instructed us that he would contAct us, MR. PATEL STILL COULDN’T BE TROUBLED TO CONTACT HIS GUESTS. We are still trying to get a resolution to their deceptive and disgusting business practices. Do not stay at this hotel. Pray you never have to contact Choice hotels through the customer service line either.
