The customer service was excellent and location is great. The bathrooms are outdated ventilation wasn't great. I loved the little coffeeshop/happy hour they offer in the lobby Mad Cap coffee was a nice touch. The rooftop is also a nice spot to lounge and enjoy a drink.
First the good. The staff is excellent. Kind. Thoughtful. The lobby area is wonderful.nnThe bad. We had a double queen. Beds were uncomfortable. Carpet needs replacing. Rooms are just dated. The bathroom definitely needs upgrading for the price of the rooms. Very noisy. Heard everything in the hallway.
We stayed here a few years ago after we had to cancel our December Royal Caribbean cruise. We were upgraded to a suite was spacious with separate living & dining areas we didn’t use we loved the fireplace as it was winter many things were closed. However we had a nice 3 night stay with a marina view & went to Four Winds Casino to have some play penny slot machines fun as well!
Nice place but too pricey for what you get which is just a room. Was not given the tour to show us where a workout room was or the restaurant.nContinental breakfast was served in the living room, but this was at an additional cost. Of the places you could stay in new Buffalo that are very quaint and much more affordable.
My friend and I booked a room here and it did not disappoint! The boutique hotel feel was comfy and classy. The front desk staff, particularly George G. went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special!
