I ate the mac and cheese 2 days ago and I still haven’t stopped thinking about it

The guys were friendly and we enjoyed the brisket Mac n cheese and brisket baked potato. We will find them next time we come to town!!!

Delicious! We just got a hankering for BBQ and found this on Google. We went all out—rack of ribs plus all the sides. Just as everyone had said: delicious, flavorful and well-priced. The man working not sure if it was the owner was very nice as well. We will definitely be back!

Whenever I see JT's BBQ truck and I'm hungry, I stop for some delicious BBQ....  I plan to try the Mac and cheese pulled pork bowl next as that looks amazing!

Awesome barbecue mac and cheese. Food was also prepared very quickly and at a reasonable price. Seriously, if you're in Bellingham you should give this place a serious look. It may be a truck, but JT's has better food than many normal restaurants!

I don't get to many of the food trucks in town but I sure am glad I stop by JT's smokin& BBQ. My car smelled amazing the whole drive home. Ordered the BBQ brisket sandwich with the mustard vinegar BBQ sauce and it was amazing! Had a side of Mac and cheese that was creamy and delicious. Highly recommend!

Delicious food chase him down you won't regret the effort!
