Simply spectacular! From the Wings to the Ribs, the Dill Pickle Potato Salad, Rotisserie Veggies and the Crispy Slaw, our meal was shared and tasted GREAT! Freshly made, served at the proper temperatures, we could not have been happier! The location is perfect as you have Kulshan just steps away. Seeing that Carve Casual is owned by the same owner as Kebab Casual, I am not surprised at the quality of food being provided, WE loved Kabab Casual.
Amazing food and outdoor atmosphere! Cj gave us awesome recommendations and descriptions of the food! We loved the wings, dill pickle potato salad, and the poutine. 10/10 highly recommend!
Always a solid place to go for lunch or dinner. I appreciate that they aren't afraid to try new menu items, and are always improving their classics as well. Oh and they have a great location too!
The spicy chicken salad has a delicious combination of complimentary flavors, textures, and colors. It’s one of my Carve favorites!
I eat at Carve regularly and I love it. Love their rotating specials and the one-off grill sessions they do for random Kulshan events. I just had some flank steak tacos there and they were some of the best tacos I have had in Bellingham. Next time you stop in I would suggest trying the ribs or the hot honey chicken nuggets. You’ll be more than happy with either.
Love the food here! We got the ribs, veggies, potato salad, coleslaw, and mushroom poutine and all were delicious. The ribs were moist and flavorful and all of the sides were awesome. The mushroom gravy on the poutine was very flavorful and the fries were crispy. Definitely going to be coming back again soon!
This food tasted old like it had been in a fridge for a few days. We had ribs chicken and four sides. The beans were mushy with a little spice that became the beacon of flavor outside the fresh dill used in the potato salad. The roasted veg was ok. The salad slaw was all vinegar and unpleasant. The ribs were solidified separate elements that belied the fact that they were ribs. Bland to the point of endless shelf life. The chicken was worse. So disappointing.

Way overdue, as I really like Kebab Casual. Here, the whole meal was made really well, good concept and recipes, but across 3-4 entrees about two teaspoons ! of salt away from being really excellent. The rating above is after adding in much needed salt, as almost everything was underseasoned rotisserie veg, mac and cheese, tri tip dip and its gravy, potato salad but was really tasty afterward. I would have been really sad if I didn't have salt available, so bring it if you’re eating there I guess? Caesar, slaw, cubano, and fries were good as-is.
Overall great food and great customer service. Very accommodating.
