The Hidden Dragon sandwich was delish & the staff were smiling, will be back for sure!

This food is all so delicious, well-flavored, and made with such love! The Gambler is so nostalgically delightful for me, the fries can be topped with divine sauces and toppings, and I'm just itching to eat those nachos. Basically since I first ate here I go back for more New Public treats at least once a week.

I love their food so much. I do wish they extended their hours and did not run out of key items so often. But they run out because everyone loves it

The food at New Public is excellent; it's made with quality ingredients and care. So many delicious sauces and dressings all made from scratch and vegan.

I always love this food truck! The food is so good. I love it all but I really enjoyed the All American Burger. I recommend ordering online before you arrive.

New Public is my favorite food truck in Bellingham. From the bonkers nachos to the delicious Gambler burger to the tasty wedge salad - there is something great for everyone. Can’t wait to visit again to devour the Greek fries. PS I’m an omnivore and I love the entire NP menu.
