Great cocktails and the Pinot Burger is fantastic. Good for people watching too. The service is great - I need to qualify that all of my experience has been while sitting at the bar.

The food was perfect in every way. The staff and service in the restaurant portion of the establishment is top notch. I recommend sitting at the chefs table, which is a bar that looks into the kitchen. It is mesmerizing to watch the cooks and staff go about their business. I really should be giving 4 stars because of the outside bar service. It was perpetually slow when sitting outside on the patio. But since the drinks and small plates were still delicious, I was able to look past this and still return each night of my stay at the Allison.

One of the best fine dining experiences I've ever had. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. Cannot recommend highly enough!
