Not all Shari's are created equal. The Newburg store is great. It's clean, staff is friendly and the foods good. It's my favorite Shari's.

Waitress was great. Food awful. Who puts biscuits in micro so they are so tough can't chew plus no butter. Egg cold, hash browns frozen. $13 for cold awful food. Mgmt not interested in hearing about it. Avoid if possible.

Me and my family got here late at night and they were happy to serve me! I ordered my food and it was nice and fresh. The waitress named Kelly was super nice and helpful! She even managed to always check on me and my family to make sure everything was good with 7 other families. If I lived here I would go here all the time!

I am a regular customer here because I like the free complamentory beverage when playing video lottery & 6 machines is always a pleasure to play.....plus free Wi-Fi.... good food and good friends..
