Burger King

This Burger King has been “remodeled” and the drive through has not been able to take orders at the menu board for the best part of 2 months. So if you’re unfortunate enough to get a car come in behind you you’re stuck until you can get to the window to place an order. Today I find that the drive through is coned off. Wow!? Are they just not going to bother getting it repaired? On going in to place my order I now find they have no soda fountain working but I can get a bottle of water if I want. Really!? No Soda!? The service is lack luster and I can also hear one of the servers complaining that the soda fountain is out and another server asking him “why are you bothered? You don’t drink soda!”. This place has been going downhill for quite sometime with poor service, long waits, order errors etc, but I’ve kept going back because I like the food. Even the food wasn’t that good today. Makes me wonder if the place is losing money and they can’t afford to get things fixed. If that’s the case it will be gone sooner rather than later. Perhaps whoever owns this franchise should sell it to someone who will shake things up. Even though the place has been remodeled it’s superficial. The food prep area hasn’t been touched in years and this is the second time I’ve seen a remodel done. It’s looking shabbier every time I’ve gone inside. Staff are unapologetic with a don’t give a care attitude. Go someplace else. It’s about time this location went out of business.

Burger King everyone knows what it's like it's a pretty good standard but the burgers are so over cooked or almost as dry as the bread great place if you're in a hurry love that Smoky flavor

Just been remodeled looks really nice inside charging ports at the tables for each table kind of slow on the Foodservice but when you're trying to charge your phone perfect

Very dirty place. Bad customer service. Employee's definitely not happy and can be seen.

Usually a decent place to grab a quick bite, this time with two disabled elderly ladies (one is 92) we stood at the counter and NEVER got served. Employees looked up several times and still took drive through and phone orders while we waited at the counter. Finally we gave up, I got the 92 year old lady back from the table where she had been waiting all this time and we left without ever getting our order even taken. Wow, worst service we have ever experienced at burger king newberg.
