The Home Depot

Was in the area for work and went in to pick up some nails and screws for a home project. I asked an employee about some of the types of nails/screws my project required. He couldn't answer my question and suggested I just buy the materials in my hometown, at Kent, because maybe someone there would know more about nails and screws. So.. that's exactly what I did. I was also in another time and was being assisted by a female employee. I was was trying to ask her about a product but couldn't remember the proper name or kind of got tongue tied. She spoke very slowly and said "come on, use your words" as if I were a child or mentally delayed. She was just trying to be funny I guess, but it was a bit unprofessional.

When calling the store directly it is very frustrating as the customer support via the phone is bad, very bad. Consistently put on hold, calls dropped or disconnected and often the staff in the various departments NEVER answer the phone. Customers no longer matter to this business.

Great selection, reasonably prices and knowledgeable staff I don't have to search for.

Very helpful staff. Two particular tools I was looking for were supposedly discontinued but we're showing in stock. They went up to the above storage area and found what I was looking for white shopping other sections.

A Home Depot like many others yet the friendly staff are exceptionally helpful.
