Johnny Rockets

First time I believe I every decided to write a review. Johnny Rockets December 10th, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., located at Casino. I would not even give Johnny Rockets a single star it fails beyond belief. It was by far the worst food I ever had tasted at any restaurant establishment and I said tasted because I could not even eat what I ordered. 1st, my $15.99 Burger was not cooked, raw through out the beef. 2nd The burger was so greasy I didn't know If I was eating meat or drinking oil from a burger. 3rd Cheese Tots were cold and hard not cooked. 4th, the fries were cold and mixed with burnt fries. 5th, Our appetizers came after, yes that right, after getting the burger. 6th. Waited about 5 minutes aftering sitting to be acknowledged and it was not that busy. 7th. Our burger came within minutes of ordering it, and that speaks volumes. 8th, Ordered sprite and got what tasted like carbinated water just to order gingerale, why management failed to check the level of sprite. 9th, my guest ate a veggie burger which tasted like bacon and hence cross contamination at it's worst. For a $62.00 meal and a tip of $10.00 on top, the only thing good about my experience was leaving the tip and leaving the place to go straight to the bathroom. The food was so disgusting that my stomach became upset, left 3/4 of the burger, the fries and the cheese tots. I will never eat at that specific establishment in the Casino ever again. Over all it receives an "F" on food basics but our server was a "B". Disregard the 1 'star', in order to post this review you had to pick a star rating, isn't that just ridiculous... Parking: Why would you have parking as an option, your establishment is located in the Casion and hence parking is not an issue! Dietary restrictions: Doesn't matter their cross contaimination is inexcusable...

No wait time. Pro. Food was quick. Tasted great. Server was professional and friendly. Average price. Cons. The Philly Cheese steak was dry. The men's bathroom looked like it was in a 80s horror movie. Paper all over, horrible paint job, lights out. Could use a little TLC.

This review is very mixed This was our third visit here. The first two rated four stars. Prices are a bit high, and to have your fries coming as an appetizer is a bit strange but the hand made burger is delicious. Tonight's rating is low because of the cooking staff. Our wait staff was great, 5 star all around. Our complaint has to do with "one" cook and a manager on duty. You need to keep your voices down. Your customers hear everything. Grilled cheese "buy loaf bread, cheese at store you can eat for a week, what you pay for one here " .. Not good conversation to hear while having dinner.

Food was delicious. Our waiter Jared was the best EVER!!! He went above and beyond and loves his job. It was busy in there but the wait wasn’t very long. Food came quickly and the veg burger was one of the better ones I’ve tried. Will eat here again our next time down.

I ordered a burger with daiya. They said they didn't have daiya. So I ordered a regular streamliner. After taking the entire group's order, they returned minutes later to say they have no soy patties or impossible patties. So I just didn't get anything. My boyfriend said, "the shake was loose," and "burger was dry."

My grandma ordered the chicken Philly cheese sandwich. Chicken was dry, tasteless and grilled way too long on one side. Barely any sauce on the sandwich too, it was really not good. When she told the server, the server said that it was a Philly and that it’s supposed to be dry. Like… what? I found that hilarious, if anything the chicken should’ve had SOME flavour at least but it was bad. After telling her this, the server literally just walked away and didn’t care! My grandma didn’t even eat half the sandwich and she still got charged for it. What a joke. This was probably the worst service I’ve seen at any restaurant I’ve been to. Shame cause our other food wasn’t bad.

Asked for some menu items they didn't have and the guy in the kitchen just yells "no". Ordered grilled cheese which came out rubbery and tasteless so ended up giving it back. Staff could not answer basic menu questions. Fries were good that's why 3 stars. Only place to eat in casino but I advise to take the time to go elsewhere.Food: 3/5

this review is mixed.. No wait time, man at front was very polite and well mannered. seated us where we chose. we had ‘Elinin’ as our server, she was very nice at the start but quickly got impatient, her customer service was not great. she messed up my order when it was very clearly stated on the bill what i had requested.

where to start with this atrocity of a restaurant. Well the food is alright a good comparison would be Wendy’s, difference is what you would pay $14 for at Wendy’s you’ll pay $40 for at Johnny rockets. The staff is alright considering there is a new 5 people every week due to the abysmal management by Nancy, every problem this establishment has stems from her, wether it’s the roaches, the food quality, the uncleanliness, or the touch and go service, the staff would prefer to bring a mistake out of the kitchen rather than be belittled by her. The food here could be very good because the cooks are top of the line just quality food is outside of her budget apparently but that’s okay I guess? Nancy is miserable and everyone feels it when she’s in the restaurant if you want good service go when she isn’t there, the staff won’t be on eggshells. In conclusion Johnny Rockets is split into 2 restaurants, it’s a 3.5/5 without Nancy, the staff is kind and the kitchen can cook, with Nancy it’s a 0/5 you couldn’t pay me to eat here.

Literally only getting a 2 star because of the milkshakes lol. They serve your “side” first, but you have to pay for the side separate and they are expensive. $4 for just fries. The burgers we all got a group of 5 were all very under cooked and 1 even had raw beef in the centre still. Stupid prices! Don’t waste your money, go to legends.
