Pros. Fast service Hot food Burger made just the way I wanted. Cons. Poutine was , I don't know. Off I guess. Never has it before and it was soggy. The burger was delicious and the restaurant was clean. Overall a good experience.

Visiting Canada and stopped to try Harvey's. Chicken strips were okay... just enough crisp on the dough but chicken slightly dry, especially edges. Poutines was good. Customer service was quick and friendly.

We just popped in for lunch, & we get that working on a Sunday sucks but the young lady who served us was beyond rude. Forget basic friendliness, she barked out her questions like a drill seargant, no please or thank you's, clearly hates her job. Threw our food on the tray & walked away. On top of that, fries barely warm We will go elsewhere in future, very disappointed Date of visit:Sunday Feb 26 1:15 pm

I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a poutine for my husband, and a burger combo, plus donuts. I was amazed how fresh and tasty everything was tonight! I tried to call the restaurant to thank the people working because tonight's experience was fantastic! Everything was so fresh! Thank you for excellent service tonight!

I went to this location around 11 PM and they served the worst poutine I have ever had in my life, the poutine had more gravy than it did fries and the gravy was chunky. I also asked for chipotle and onions on the gravy but they did not add it. Again, the worst poutine I have had ever.

Just tried the veggie burger for the first time. My son was interested so we both tried it. Have to say it was really good. Surprisingly taste like a beef patty. The staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile.

I went there for the first time and ordered jr burger chicken. Overall experience was good, store was neatly cleaned, at that day washroom was not cleaned and maintained properly. The taste of burger is as good as always.

Shotrtly after 8p.m... Service bordering on rude, very poor food prep skills.... Burgers were a mess, half filled fries that majorly undercooked, onions rings that were soggy and falling apart. Requested food items to be replaced 2nd round not much better, burgers weren't hot enough to even melt the cheese and order was soaked with grease that was pouring out of onion ring box.. Tossed most of the order in the garbage... Not our first time for sub par food at this location but it will definitely our last.

Went here the other day and the tables were mostly dirty. One was covered in dead fruit flies yet it wasn’t busy inside. The older lady who took our order gave a side of attitude, free of charge. Idk what her deal was but I didn’t appreciate the looks of annoyance, especially after we were the ones standing around waiting on her to come up and take our order. I was so unimpressed by her demeanour that I almost said forget the whole order. If you’re not a people person this is the last job you should be working…or if you’re having a bad day, leave it at home… but just because I bit my tongue doesn’t mean the next customer will…

I love that Harvey’s is Canadian so supporting them is an easy choice. They are on the way home as well so it’s on the way. The service is okay not great or even good. Once in awhile the order is correct. The last time I ordered a poutine and got fries with gravy no cheese, haven’t bothered going back since then. I called when I got home since I went through the drive thru and no one answered.
