Gilligan's

Had to see what the hype was all about. I ordered the classic burger and it came with fries. The patty is huge! 2 burgers combined into 1 huge burger. It was really good. The atmosphere was nice and family friendly. Super accommodating to celiac disease customers. Gluten free bun option for $1 more seen in photo I understand now why people love this place! Kid-friendliness: Family friendly.

We went on a Sunday morning at 9:30. We had no wait, although the restaurant was fairly full. I had a western omelet with added tomatoes, which was no extra charge. My friend had the big breakfast. He said it was tasty, cooked as he expected it. The service was excellent. Multiple staff members checked in on us and assisted us, which was nice, because we could ask anyone if we needed anything. My only complaint was that the potatoes were frozen, not fresh, and deep fried, so very crispy. My friend liked them. They are not what I expect when the menu says hash browns, however, it could be a cultural difference.

They had really good food. I loved the steak wrap and even though we came close to closing time, they served us. Great place to try out.Food: 4/5

Very nice place to eat, reasonable prices, not too busy. One of the best French onion soup, maybe in Quebec city you'll find similar taste and flavor. Fish and chips portions are generous, so better be hungry when you go in.

Don't feel like cooking tonight. No problem. Try the perch dinner. Big pieces and tastes great. Pick it up on the way home ready in 30 minutes. Great price too! You won't be disappointed.Food: 5/5

Staff are extremely observant; I was chattering away, absentmindedly clutching a piece of toast, when magically a jam & PB bowl appeared at my elbow. They're lovely quirky friendly folks, too. Food's really good - and the homefries are the best I've had. We're moving to Windsor just for Gilligan's, I swear.

We got the Greek burritos and they were huge. Great portion sizes and home fries were nicely seasoned and crispy. Took half of the burrito with me for lunch later.Food: 5/5

Great place to have burgers and beers. For vegetarians veggie patty burgers are available and as per me they are one of the best vegetarian burgers in Windsor city. Staff is also very professional and great service.
