Simon's Prime Hamburgers

Probably would have given them 5 stars if the chips weren’t so salty. However, I loved my bourbon burger, and my wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich, they both hit the spot just right. Definitely one of better burgers I have eaten in Windsor since my move. The lady who prepared my burger was extremely nice, so a definite plus on customer service. Would recommend this spot to others. I will definitely be going back.

Delicious well made burgers. I got a build your own with the regular things, lettuce tomato, onion, cheddar, mustard and mayo, my son gets the mozzarella and bacon burger. Forgot the pic of my burger but snapped a pic of my poutine before I devoured it lol, fresh cut fries with plenty of cheese and gravy to go around.

Disappointing based on the good reviews here. Mediocre at best. The pulled pork isn't slow-cooked in seasonings or sauce, the pork was very bland and fatty. Fries were not fresh and the gravy lacked any kind of flavor. Even the cheese curds weren't good, like chewing rubber. Won't be returning.Food: 1/5

Had my very first Simon's Prime pulled pork poutine and it did not disappoint! Completely filling, beyond flavourful and had me craving another! Excellent service from the staff and a very affordable menu that is sure to please! I will definitely be returning here soon!Food: 5/5

Very busy place. Poor procedures in place for COVID safety. You wait until they call your order number to add the fixings but my order wasn’t even complete and another girl called the next person to a prep station right next to me. No separation at all. All they had to do was wait another minute and the station would be clear. Food was mediocre at best and very overpriced for the quality. Any fast food drive thru would have been a better choice. Lesson learned.

I order lunch here once a week for a year now while at work , and I dont know if they have new owners or new staff but I've never had an issue until the last few months. Two days ago I got food poisoning from this location, I was so sick it was insane. I am still sick. I missed two days of work I can't eat anything I haven't stopped sweating. That was the only thing I ate that day and excatly 1.5 hours after I got so incredibly sick. I have two children to take care of and I couldn't even get out of bed. I'm back at work today because I can't afford to miss anymore days but I am still dying sitting here. You guys need to make sure your storing your food properly and washing your hands and changing your gloves, you don't realize that these little steps make a big difference . I won't be coming here again . You've lost a long time customer.

Used to be a 5 for me but the last 4 times or so theyve really cut back on the cheese curds in the poutine and not enough gravy to cover it. Gravy also tastes differnt and less flavour. Little disappointed so im looking for a new place again.

Best burger joint ever!! Food is amazing prices are unbeatable !! The guys that work there are awesome. Great customer service. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

So many options it was hard to just choose one!! Very well priced and so much food and meet very fresh. My mother and I got a poutine and a burger to share and still brought some home. Parking: In front lots of parking Dietary restrictions: all beef or chicken options and gf bun options
