Pretty good but always a really long line. Not worth the wait. Food taste is to the standard but nothing amazing.nnBut I do like how they have a big menu. You get to try everything at one place. Portion is big.
Big Warning! Please readnnI recently visited Jin Dal Lae, a Korean restaurant well-known for its affordability and high value. The place usually requires a wait due to its popularity, but luckily, we didn't have to queue up when we went in the afternoon.nnWhile I had high hopes based on these aspects, my experience took a shocking turn that I feel compelled to share. Upon our visit, I witnessed something alarming.nnNew meat deliveries arrived, and as they were being unloaded, two of the boxes tumbled, spilling its contents onto the ground.nnWhat stunned me was the lack of basic hygiene protocols that followed. The staff, without wearing gloves or taking any sanitary measures, simply picked the meat off the floor and placed it back into the clean meat box, mixing it with the uncontaminated meat.nnThis reckless handling of food, especially considering that Jin Dal Lae serves dishes like raw beef tartar, raises serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene standards.nnIt's disheartening because the food quality and prices had initially impressed me. However, witnessing such a disregard for food safety has made me decide not to return. It's a reminder that affordability should not come at the cost of health and safety standards.
My favourite Korean restaurant closed down last summer and a friend recommended this post. They have the best Korean food PERIOD!nnThe side dishes were fresh and delicious.nWe got the usual dishes we get at every Korean restaurant to decide if it’s any good. This spot did not disappoint.nnSmall spot and the line can get long but that’s because the best things in life are worth waiting for.nnService is the same as all other Korean restaurants I’ve been to. Decent! Which isn’t bad at all.nnWe’ve found our new home! Can’t wait to be back
The korean food was very delicious . We got gamjatang, spicy soft tofu soup, mackerel fish, and dol sot bibimbap!! All the waiters and waitresses were so kind and nice to us. They always checked on us and made sure everything was okay. I would visit again to try their pajeon!!
Always love this neighbourhood spot, always solid amazing Korean classics to satisfy your craving.nnI've tried their gamjatang, rabokki ramen and tteokbokki, haemul pajeon, yeom so tang goat stew, tangsuyuk sweet and sour and nurungji and all were amazing!
