I have never eaten there but I'm told it's very good food. I don't believe they have a restroom there because I don't think you can eat there, but I could be wrong, I'm seeing a lot of people walking in grabbing their food and walking out. I've never been inside the establishment, but I have been inside the CBD dispensary next door. J, B, and staff are very much appreciated.
Walk up to the store and buy food, and was met with the door locked. I saw workers inside and though maybe it was a mistake so I tried again. A worker opened the door with a disgusted look and ask me "what's up". I said it is lunch time I am here to order food. He said well we have a large order and we are closed. Go wait in your car and try back in an hour. I told him no problem I will just go across the street to Jersy Mike's which I did.
Placed online order for pick up in store. Came in and was told they were still working on my 2 sandwich order. I stand back and wait. Someone comes out and sets a bag on table that has a sign low on seat that says, "pick up" but says nothing to me as I'm standing right there. A few minutes later, I look up at the worker and she says, "that should be your order right there." I said, "OK. Well, noone told me." They said NOTHING. I said, " thank you" and again they said NOTHING. Noone else was in store. Please someone teach Gen Z come communication skills and common courtesy!!!

Update from a year later and I'm downgrading this from a 2 to a 1. Took an hour today for delivery. - last year's review This location struggles with timing and order accuracy. If you order more than one sandwich chances are your requests will be messed up, cucumber on the opposite sandwich, etc. . If you have a scheduled delivery time it's either 15 minutes early or late every time. The people in store are really nice, just delivery orders need a lot of work.
I understand that there's a pandemic going on still, and finding people to work is hard. But I find it completely unacceptable that my order took an hour and a half to get to me. I live 5 minutes down the road from the location I ordered from and yes I know I could have gone out and picked up the order myself but I had a lot of stuff to do and had no time to go out and get it so I thought delivery would be okay. But an hour and a half is ridiculous. Please do better. **Update** I sent a complaint to the link that was given to this comment and it's a week later and no response. This place is absolutely garbage. I will never do business with this location again. The customer service is non-existent.
I'm giving them too much credit giving them 1 star. Absolutely horrible. I called a week in a half before my son's 1st Communion celebration. I called and placed my order for 48 sandwiches having a big party after his communion. I called twice. The Wednesday before and the Friday before confirming my order. Got the a ok everything was set to go. Pick up at Noon on Sunday right after Communion. Go there to pick up my order with family waiting at the house to find the place closed. No call. No text. No email. NOTHING! Call to complain. No one cared. Literally Unbelievable.
Drove to the store on 4 seperate occasions. They were closed each time. Arrived before 8pm each time. Again 11/7/21 at 12:10 pm
The workers was very helpful and engaging in conversation and making the wait worth it.Food: 5/5
I honestly don't really like their sandwich options. Parking: I honestly didn't park my car at all, I kept driving, went in to order my meal, still driving, kept driving waiting for my food to get completed, sat down still driving at the table and ate while driving. How is this possible you ask? Ask Joe Biden, I'll use his answer.
