This is arguably the best chick-fil-a experience i have ever had. they came to my table and brought me a water because i had a milkshake. Kim was super courteous and it felt like i was having a full service dine in experience! Our food was hot, and came out very quickly too! no more than 3 minutes after we ordered it was at the table. would absolutely come again!
I have never been disappointed at ANY Chick fil A ever. Their service is always spot on and they are extremely polite. Fun play area for kids where parents can easily keep an eye on them without having the echo chambers that most play areas are.Food: 5/5
I don’t usually give five stars for fast food but this place definitely warrants it. The food is consistent and service is top notch. The drive-through is very efficient and all the employees are very polite
Busy place, but the staff keeps you moving thru! Staff is always helpful and we love their chicken sandwiches. The Frosted Lemonade is one of the best drinks out there. I get it with diet lemonade
Reading other reviews it seems this location has gone under new management. Let me be blunt, the service has gone downhill drastically and the employees are less competent than before. They are chit-chatting in the drive through and not focusing on the customer. Additionally, my order has been mildly incorrect twice IN A ROW which has NEVER happened before at Chick-fil-a, got the wrong count nuggets and received a regular sandwich instead of a deluxe on a different occasion last week. All of this pales in comparison to today because THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY SANDWICH! Employees aren't even wearing hat/hairnets in the kitchen or something now? Honestly the service is usually so great at any location, but these are things I don't even expect from McDonalds. Absolutely unbelievable drop in quality with the management swap.
I can’t even slightly explain how fantastic they are at any Chick-fil-A but this one is my favorite. The employees are so nice and helpful, they make you feel so welcomed and I can’t stop coming back!
If i can give 6 stars i would for the exceptionally very well ran fast food chain, this place proves agin and again that ypu can have good food, good service and keep your customers coming back for a simple chicken sandwich.Food: 5/5
Fast and friendly. Great staff and sweet people. The food was great and we got it very efficiently. Their ranch and chicken is just perfect. Kid-friendliness: Kids would love this and they like chicken.
Came in for dinner on a Saturday late afternoon. Dined in, was served by a courteous gentleman behind the counter. While eating though we noticed the lady going around asking how everyone was doing skipped our table. We were also the only family of colour at the restaurant at the time. I hate accusing people, but I think the lady's action or inaction was pretty blatantly racist and just poor service. Not even a quick check-in to see how the food was. Never expected this to comr from a CFA : Parking: Parking lot partially closed for drive-thru traffic.
