First time here or any hot head location and I was very impressed with the selection of all kinds of different options. Honestly so much to choose from that the employees had a lot of recommendations. The sauces were very good. Would highly recommend getting a order of churros for dessert. I got my burrito toasted and it definitely added to the flavor. Only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the sweet habenro just too different for me inside a burrito.
$13.95 for one small cookie, a 21 oz drink and this blob of a “quesadilla.” Bottle cap for size reference. This is just a balled up tortilla with toppings inside. I was also unaware that the lettuce and Pico was going to be thrown in with it so the lettuce was all slimy and nasty inside. Pico and lettuce are supposed to go on cold. The tortilla was super gross, not at all grilled like a quesadilla should be. I ate about a quarter of it because I was hungry but couldn’t stomach the rest. It was just really gross and I wish I could just get my money back. That was a lot of money to me. Was going to just spend $5 at Wendy’s but thought I’d treat myself to something better. Regret that choice. Staff were friendly, I can comment on that.
Literally the most disappointing churros I’ve ever seen in my life. Half of them don’t even have cinnamon on them.
Second visit in a month. The food again is good. Employees should just quit. They fight and act like children. Hey Manager …..you need to remodel your store starting with workers Food is good but the staff acts like they would rather be asleep. Eye rolls and sighs are not appealing to customers. The place needs a new owner. He or she is clearly as clueless as the staff.
Just came here for the first time. burrito was half the size of chipotles. rice was undercooked, not a just a little under, crunchy rice. Informed the server this was my first time here but they never offered any options so I assume there are none. Spent 15 dollars for a burrito, few chips in the bottom of a brown bag, and a small drink. Still hungry. No plans to return or recommend to anyone. Mini burrito did taste good.
Usually don't complain about stuff but I was dissatisfied to say the least. The chicken in my rice bowl was chewy. The rice was hard. The cookie was a day past it's used by date. Everyone there was super nice tho which is why I'm giving it 2 instead of 1 star
My husband and I haven't went here in awhile and sorry we did. The lil bowl is half the size it used to be and more expensive. The girl who was putting the toppings on had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. Got to the cashier and used the app for 20 percent off but didn't work. Took the food in car and they only gave one fork. Went inside and asked for a fork and napkins and he gave me one napkins all scrunched up. I asked for a couple more and he look irritated gave me a couple more all scrunched up and said you know there's some on the table. Rude employees small portions and don't honor coupons. Never again.
Portions of burrito bowl were micro sized. Never had this happen at any other location. She gave me like 4 pieces of steak so I had to pay extra for double steak. Then she charged me for extra sauce! Who charges extra for sauce??? No other locations do this.
Terrible portioning! Terrible attitude by employee. We eat at hot heads regularly and usually enjoy it. Not these last few times. Customer service is still important!!!!!! So is portioning considering the rising prices. You can't charge more and give less!
Really don't eat hot head ..but I was making dinner at home and I needed some side items they help me out so much... super helpful,great job guys!!! P.s.... dinner turned out fantastic!Food: 5/5
