This used to be a good Chipotle. Now the employees here act like they get a bonus for leftover meat at the end of their shift. I also received a bunch of half cooked fajita veggies with my less than half a scoop of chicken. I'm going to give this store 1 more chance before I just go to the competition from now on.
came 12/4 around 8:30pm. need to work on customer service, girls at the front had an attitude, people complaining about their work schedule behind them. Was told i was being charged for double chicken & when i told them i didn’t order it she looked at the person making my bowl and said “yeah double chicken” and charged me for it anyway. didn’t feel like causing a scene so i just left it at that
Put some Dang meat on the burrito I come here often and the last 2 times they hardly put any meat on my food. And asked if she could put some meat on there and just got a weird look… I get it not everyone’s going to be perfect but like 6-8 pieces of steak just isn’t enough
I come here almost everyday with no problems. But today I decided to order off the app. I get home to open the bowl and see they didn’t even fill half. Now I’m not usually one to complain but this is robbery right here. I was warned that I would get shorted if I order from the app but I didn’t know it was this bad.
Easy to order online. Even easier to pick up. Order was correct and complete. And more importantly, it was on time during the busy lunch rush. Ordered for right at noon on a Wednesday. Parked almost right at the door by chance never happens, and was only inside for about 20 seconds. I actually ordered from the wrong location, but closer to where I needed to go, not where I was coming from. So it all worked out.
Typical chipotle atmosphere. Music is always a little too loud, but other than that, it was clean and spacious for seating. Food was fresh and delicious and the service was excellent.Food: 5/5

Almost every time you visit this location they serve so much less portion of meat to the point you hardly get any. This is so not acceptable. The staff who makes your food especially the girls are always rude and the body language is like they are doing the biggest favor on you by making/serving you the food. Getting disappointed more and more over time!!!
