We ordered twice in 2 weeks, each time two pizzas. The first time everything was great, the spinach feta and chicken bacon toppings were instant hits. We live very close to the outlet, and so went to pick it up the first time. The second time it was a delivery order. Same items, both terrible. The pizzas were burnt very badly. I am not sure how anyone would take it out of oven and pack it for delivery. There was barely any cheese there. It was embarrassing for me because I had a guest. Same place, same order, totally opposite experiences. I do not recommend this place.
Ordered hand tossed pizzas. Barely any sauce- super dry, was very thin. Same with the cheese- barely enough to cover. It’s like they went minimal on all ingredients. Won’t order again. Cheesy bread was decent.
Very helpful staff. Food prepared in correct timeline. Wings could stand a few more minutes in oven golden brown is preferred color not golden yellow/white. But overall great location
Ordered a thin crust, light sauce with no cheese. Every piece was this dark, literally hardly any sauce at all. Couldn’t eat most of it. Hard as a cracker. Shouldn’t put out pizza like this, just remake it and do it right. Note: picture even makes it look more edible than it was.
Just paid 27.00 for a large 3 1/2 topping pizza.. it was 6 pieces for my husband and I. I could have ate the whole thing by myself…. Very small and outrageous price! Thought I would try something new. We will be going back to Marcos. Just shocked at the price

Multiple mistakes made on my carryout order. Politely Called in after getting home and noticed order was incorrect. Young lady was extremely rude on the phone and basically hung up on me. I understand being potentially short staffed and that mistakes are made but I can’t forgive poor attitude
Don’t order Buffalo sauce. They never put it on. Also their “quality checks” can leave your pizza under the heat light for over a half an hour even on slow days. Better to just avoid this place all together.
Ordered at 113pm. Fifty minutes later... and after it sat in "quality" status for 21 mins... I called to see what the issue was. Girl said driver would be back in 13 mins and mine would be the next order out. I said that means my oder would literally be an hour old pizza before it even leaves the store? She said "do you want to cancel it"? "I can deliver it or cancel"! I said cancel it smartalic. Not I'll make it over so it's fresh... No regard at all for my food or the expensive price I paid!! I will NEVER order from here again. Called back today to talk to the manager and she proceeded to tell me that it is what it and do I understand how hard retail is to work in right now?! I said is that all you have to say...she proceeded to tell me I was rude....which was totally not the case at all....and that floored me because I never raised my voice, no cussing, just normal yet I was rude when she clearly was after the way she talked to me and reacted to my call. Totally out of line all the way around but it's gonna hurt them worse by just loosing my business and many like me than if I were to call corporate and complain. I will tell everyone of my experience whenever I get the chance. Rest assured.
