Ordered via the app. It stated it would take 10 minutes. I waited at the pick up area for 40 minutes to get the order. In person orders were placed and picked up before pick up orders were finished that were placed far before. Ordering in advance was not beneficial and the teams split between in person ordering and pick up were not balanced. To top off the experience, when arriving home we discovered our bowls were the smallest we have ever seen. You wanted fajita veggies? You get three tiny slivers of pepper. Terrible.
Chipotle was an outstanding place for us to order from for our team meal a few weeks back. The management and staff were very courteous and helped us feed 180 athletes!! Thank you very much for your support at the Maumee, Ohio location.
Not enough chicken. Chicken wasn't real goid. And $20 for a burrito & chips & salsa is expensive. $3.00 for source cream. Too much, not worth it. I wish Moe's would come back!!Food: 2/5
They were training a new person like many places but worked quite well. The line moved fast and we were served fast. Food was great.
Gave this particular spot several chances because I love chipotle so much, however, the staff is rude every single time I am here. They talk to customers like they’re ignorant. They talk to each other like they have zero respect for each other and they don’t care that the customers can hear everything they are saying. The girl cashing me out asked an employee next to her several times to get some side servings for my order which I had asked her for when she was preparing my order and she ignored me and her. When I had asked the preparer to add those sides she rudely asked ,’what do you want ON this bowl!?’ So rude. I wasn’t going to even leave a review but I had to this time. I decided I will no longer go to this establishment and hope the other locations are nicer. One of my favorite eateries and it’s just not worth it to have such chaos and be treated so poorly.
Food is great... always a 30 minute line tho. It would be 5 stars if the line wasn't so long.
This place does everything to make it more convenient for them and inconvenient for the customer. The other day they were out of white rice and said they were too busy to make more. Today they were out of chips and would only let me pay with exact cash or credit card. And they were very rude when I voiced my objection. This location has always been about making their job easier and doesn’t care about what the customer wants. I will no longer be going to this location.
Would leave zero stars if I could. Manager has an "oh well" attitude. In store is SUPER SLOW and always out of items. Ordering via an app and they barely give you any ingredients. And if they run out of an item, they don't even bother to reach out, you just get delivered whatever they decide to give you. Will NOT return to this location and wouldn't recommend ANYONE to go hete. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
The line moved quickly, which was very nice. The order taker informed me that they were out of hot salsa, which is notable. My meal would have included that so I am happy that they let me know right away. The order fulfillment process was just fine. The facility was clean, the table I sat at was just wiped down and sanitized. No complaints at all.
Ordered 2 chicken bowls with chips through door dash. 1 bowl had consistency of soup and other filled about half of bowl. Chips were stale. This is not the 1st time we had problems with an order. Previous order we only received about 10 chips. Very disappointed. My advice, order in and observe staff prepare your order.
