I was really weird about trying them for the first time but now we order often. Just always fresh and perfect!
It's Okay and price is reasonable. I dropped my rating from 4 stars to 3, because I have never been greeted when picking up my orders inside but have been always given a blank face.
We tried ordering on line it was sent out to a 3rd party. We had to order over the phone took 16min then went into see if it was ready. And the man was short with us. Horrible service. No more papa for us... not worth it!
I don't really like pizza. But Papa Johns is my family‘s favorite.Best pizza around this area. I hope you don't let the driver deliver your food in bad weather, or you should give a good tip.
Ordered a pizza for my 70 year old disabled mother... im from another city...The driver called her and told her to come get her pizza from his car while he sat there and texted she had to knock on his window to get his attention... he didnt even open his doornor have the pizza ready. She got itnout from the bag... Garbage Service. I'll Never Order any Pizza from any Papa John's ever again. Stop supporting places like this
Every time, lately, anyone in my family orders from here, the pizza is gooey in the middle not cooked thoroughly. My son and I always get pizza from here and now we can't, last 4 times it has been DISGUSTING! Most recently, it was even cold when I got it. Not sure what's going on, but step it up, Papa John's! Would like to love you again and get back to our Friday night tradition!

Order# 22 on 7/28/21. Ordered a large pep, mushroom pizza for delivery. When we got the pizza it looked like a flat nasty dollar tree pizza. Husband took the pizza back, no apology and no try to make it right. Seriously Do Not Order from here. We paid 16.99 for that gross thing too.
Food was good as it usually is. My complaint is with the delivery guy. He said I don't have a pen for you to sign the receipt. I said no problem I will get a pen.I want to sign off on what I got charged for! He had a clip board of receipts. He pulled up one but it was not mine. I looked through the receipts to find ours and couldn't so had him find it for me. I signed it. Our delivery guy apparently rolled his eyes and got annoyed when I was looking for our receipt. Bad customer service!! I don't Blame the 60 year old delivery guy. He is only as good as his training. I didn't realize it took that much training to provide great customer service. I won't be ordering from this Papa John's again. I work for a major retailer and let me tell you..its all about customer service. Papa John's...why not take oh say 10 minutes and get this guy properly TRAINED!
I can not lie... just had this delivered and may I say. It was amazing. It actually hit the spot and don’t get me started on the garlic knots... they were. Amazing. Oh. My. Lord. I want more.
