Jimmy John's

We ordered Jimmy John’s for our game night. As adults we have been drinking, that is why we ordered the service to be delivered. When I got my order, they had totally messed up the entire subs. I asked for no Mayo because I have guest who are freaked out about Mayo. That is why I asked for packets on the side for the guest who prefer Mayo. I also got no tomatoes because another one of my guest don’t like the flavor. I called them to see if they could do something. They told me that I have to bring the sandwiches back. I told him unfortunately we have been drinking and there is no way I was going to drive or allow my guest’s to drive. That is why we ordered subs to be delivered. This was a $52.00 order and I can’t even feed my guests…… the smart thing they could’ve done would make the food and then bring me back the box and I’ll give them back the box but they couldn’t do that because of a delivery fee…… lost me as a customer. Truly pathetic service.

I love this location. No idea what problems people are having here. Im here twice a month or so... In and out, freaky fast. Clean. Friendly. Fresh. What else does a person want. I mean... If your sandwich tastes good, mine always does, and you get the proper change from paying, I always have here... Move on.

Placed an online pick up order to try to be sure our order was correct as the last few times we've gone our order has been wrong. We got home and one of our sandwiches was made completely wrong. I called so we could get it remade. We go all the way back there to get the remade sandwich and it's still wrong, this time ingredients that come on that sub are not even on it. So we asked for the rest of the ingredients and went home. Just frustrating as it was not a crazy difficult order. This was supposed to be a birthday treat for the person whose sub was made wrong. A good 30 minutes of our time was wasted because of this.

I frequent Jimmy Johns because it is normally fast and great customer service. I was on my lunch break and had a horrible experience. I will not return to this location. I ordered food then find out only taking cash. Okay that is not a problem. Not the fastest for being "freaky fast". Again not a problem. I get back to work open my sandwich and there is greenish/gray looking mold on the bread. I was so disgusted. I showed coworkers who agreed it looked like mold. I called the store to make them aware. The manager doesn't have experience in customer service just saying, "it's gray powder we use on our pans" and was very short. As if that makes me want to eat my food knowing gray powder is all over it. I called another more professional jimmy johns to confirm it was powder and food safe and they confirmed it was powder used on pans but stated if gray powder was all over my food it was from improper food handling. Then they apologized for the experience at Muskegon and for the location being under different ownership so they couldn't do anything.

Service was great! But way to go Jimmy Johns, Subs are shrinking!

Waited in line for 15 minutes, got to the wi dow paid for my item, Waited 15 more minutes while the staff was walking around doing nothing, and there were 4 cars behind me...finally I yelled at the lazy staff and told them to give me my money back and left with NOTHING...I will never go to that Jimmy John's again and neither will everyone else I tell.....AWFUL

The food is great but this is easily the slowest jimmy John's I've ever ordered from. It takes 30 min and sometimes longer to deliver my food and they're a 3 minute drive from my house. If I had a vehicle, I'd gladly go get the food myself. Believe me.

Appreciated the drive thru at this location as we were just passing through the area. It was a Sunday afternoon about 2:30pm when we stopped and they were not busy. The order wasn't 100% correct despite the person taking the order repeating everything back and I confirmed each selection. We had two meals. We ordered a Coke and a bottle of water as our drinks and as the employee handed us the soda, they said, "Here's your Cherry Coke." So close but not quite. Not a huge deal as Cherry Coke is good too but for someone else might be a problem. They did offer to get a different one, but we didn't mind. I had asked for my sandwich cut in half which it wasn't and the #9 my spouse got was sloppily constructed and some of the meat was also wrapped in the wrapper. However everything tasted as it should except for the cherry Coke haha. We ate our sandwiches in the parking lot and went on about our trip. It hit the spot.

My grandchildren love Jimmy John subs. Their absolute favorite.

Food is still good but there is nothing freaky fast about this location. The drive thru has been hit or miss for a long time. Taco Bell Burger King all local places all faster a lot of days. Everyone is always very nice and pleasant quick with a greeting and niceties... but the girl working the window lately is anything but those things. No greeting no nothing. Just hands you your stuff nothing lol. I wasn’t paying attention and she handed the card and said “here”. Just less I guess ‍ Not one to every complain at a food establishment but this used to be my quick go to for lunch. Used to be great and ... Iffy now
