Firehouse Subs

$14 'prime rib' tasted like microwaved roast beef. Tough and no flavor. No soap in the men's restroom. 11:30 EST Dec 12th

Everything was great about my Veggie made vegan sub. Thanks, crew! Didn't stay to eat there, but the dining area was clean and very well lit with fun decor. Vegetarian options: Staff was flexible with the toppings I added/substituted; little pricey for a 12" sub, but definitely a cut above other sub shops and exactly what I was hoping for!

Was very disappointed with the customer service. The employees didn’t know how to communicate or smile. They acted like they hated being there and were more interested watching Netflix on the tv then assisting with my order. Our subs were soggy and don’t even get me started on the baked potato soup. It was like it was almost empty so they added water to the container and served us potato water. Simply, tell us you ran out of soup. Now I wasted my money. The customer service was just crazy bad, very entitled to workers not caring about respect and wouldn’t even answer basic questions, like when I said the soda machine was all water coming out. You need to either train your employees better, or start fresh. What a joke. I would ask for my money back or something to justify this horrible experience seeing how I paid over 40 dollars for 2 subs and 2 cups of soup, but I don’t ever plan on coming back to this location. Absolutely disgraceful. Also the guy who looked to be new is as higher than a kite. They should all be ashamed with themselves that they think it’s okay to work in a customer service oriented job and treat people the way they do. They aren’t going anywhere in life. Sadly, after seeing them and their attitude…. I didn’t know expect much from the min I walked in… and I was right. Will be getting ahold of corporate as well. Fire your employees, now before you are all jobless.

Smaller than most places. It was busy. Had a nice tv with a movie. Food was good.

First time tring and will be back the subs were amazing and even my picky ate all of his. Staff was friendly.

This place puts subway to shame!!! It's a little high for price but the subs are great I had a 12" steak and cheese with a cherry coke it was good my two kids loved it. #FIREHOUSEMMMM..Food: 5/5

Sub that's good but thry left the cheese or meat paper inside my sub and it melted with it

My sub didn't taste right. I found the lettuce was pink and slimy #bacteria! The meat didn't taste right either, so I threw the rest away. Don't need to get sick over a sandwich no matter how much it costs! As a retired firefighter this particularly offends me!! I have eaten at several firehouse subs in many different cities and never had a problem. Don't risk going to this one!!

The people were hard to hear when ordering and the food was drenched with sauceFood: 3/5

Two times now we go though the drive through they go one minute please several minutes go by nothing so we left the first time. The second we also hold to place our order they're quicker at taken the order this time only for them to take the payment and then take like 10 minutes to complete the order. Now for the taste test..now that we finally received it.
