Stephanie was great. She was helpful and brought my food to my table. The place was clean with an upbeat vibe. The food was yummy and hot. The bread sticks are the BEST!!! Plus they are all you want while on the restaurant. And best of all I got a lot of food but did not spend a ton.
Never really tried itialian fast food before. Ordered and was extremely disappointed. There's a lot wrong so I'll try to get it all here. First, there was all sorts of plastic in the food see photo. Second, they got the two dishes I ordered completely wrong. Third, the bread sticks were all totally smashed and soggy. Do not recommend and I will stick with sit down places and less plastics.
Completely disappointed and disgusted with Fazoli's i placed an online order. Approximately 40 minutes before i picked up my order drive- thru when i got to the window i was given a total i said that is not the right order i paid online when i placed the order i was asked multiple times if i was sure that my name wasn't the one on that order. They couldn't seem to find my order so i told them my order. Then i watched the worker take a box with food in it dump the food in the trash and placed my order in the same box she did the same thing with a bag of bread sticks. When the worker attempted to hand that food to me i asked for new food in a clean box. The worker proceeded to argue with me not understanding why i wanted new food in a clead box. I then watch her take the food that she had placed in the used box and put it in a clean box but didn't get me new food that had not been in a used box. After the long wait and terrible disgusting service I get home order isn't right a pizza is burnt I WON'T BE BACK AGAIN!!!!!!
Nasty Mac and cheese they only had like 4 drinks available kid walking around with ear buds in his ears talking on the phone laying across the seats in front of the manager she couldn't care less what he was doing they say unlimited breadstick if dine in but only got one plate we will never come back to this place. The bathrooms were disgusting toilet paper all over the floor this place has went down hill n probably won't be open very much longer. Customer service sucks here. The cashiers name is : AERIAN H he was the one on the phone n laying on the seats and had ear buds in his ears.
We had very great service! We were in the area for my nephews birthday party at a water park nearby and afterwords we were supposed to eat at Applebee’s but they had a 45 minute wait so we went across the street to the Fazoli’s, and we are so glad we did! They made my nephew feel so very special giving him birthday desserts the service was exceptional! Riley and Tia Brought us our food and made our experience great! Very respectful workers. We had a few spills/messes due to having a lot of kiddos for the birthday celebration and they were so polite and helpful the entire time! Highly recommend and we will be back when we are in the area!
Stopped in for first time and was very satisfied! Trent really made my day and suggested the spaghetti. Service was super fast and friendly! Will be stopping in again soon! Plenty of space to park my semi truck! Trent deserves some recognition! Thanks again.
Worst experience we've had in a long time. We waited 30 minutes for them to bring out one item of our order and the meatballs were cold. We waited another 30 minutes for burnt pizza and dry spaghetti. I spent $50 and my kids did not get to eat the food was so disgusting. The lady who brought us our food said she had to jump in the kitchen because they had no idea what they were doing. The employees were on there phones and standing around.
First time coming to try them out and was very impressed with atmosphere and how friendly and helpful one employee in particular was. His name is Trent and he went above and beyond. I would like to make sure he gets recognized for his efforts.
Super friendly and attentive staff. The server had fresh grated parm at the ready. Trent made rounds in the dining room a couple times making sure everyone’s food was good, handing out breadsticks, signing up new rewards members, and bussing the tables. Haven’t seen customer service like that in a loooooong time! Good job guys. Booths need to be redone but pretty clean otherwise.
Pizza and breadsticks were just okay. I dont reccomend the three cheese crusted chicken, but the chocolate chip cookie was the best I ever had. There was no music in the lobby and the employees seemed overworked. Took me awhile to get my food so it wasn't fast as advertised. I can tell the priority is the drive thru and the lobby guests just have to wait.
