*Doesn't taste how their picture looks, it's better! Very happy Big Apple exists, as they nail the taste and satisfies the craving for a bagel. They have multiple selections of cream cheese, to go with their bagel options. Now, if you love cheese, big apples has the most cheese-flavored bagel variety I've seen offered from an establishment as such! The ladies working were very patient and friendly

Absolutely phenomenal! I've tried their bagels before and loved them. However this was my first time going in person and once I saw the variety of bagels and other goods in the store I was blown away! There's nothing better than picking out the exact kind of bagels you love and getting one of their delicious cream cheese spreads. Definitely would recommend to anyone that loves bagels and wants one in a hurry! Fast friendly and affordable! Will be returning again

I understand they’ve had reduced hours recently but even the sign they put on their door says 6am-2pm weekdays. Showed up at 7:40 to all of the lights on, staff inside, product out, but both doors locked. Love that.

I love the bagels and Muffins, haven't tried the cream cheese. They are great. Nice, friendly, and courteous.

Ordered from doordash, the order was never delivered. I then reordered. The manager of BAB called to confirm this wasn't a mistake, and that she was so sorry the first wasn't delivered. She then personally brought our order to us. Great customer service, thank you so much!

The Muskegon location was very well kept but I had asked for Cheddar cheese on my bagel and received American. My friend also found a hair in her food.

I will drive way out of my way for this place. Hands down my favorite bagels. The staff is always super friendly and efficient and they don’t scrimp on the cream cheese! Whitney is always super helpful with keeping customers updated on specials and delicious menu items.
