This place is super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant/factory is clean and organized. The employees are well trained and ready to help with a smile. My favorite subs ever and so pumped they have italian beef all the time, even though it's kind of an addiction: Can't beat the ice cream either.
We frequent this location often for ice cream in the summer. They often change the flavors frequently. Good view of Pewaukee lake.
I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I have ordered two times through Uber Eats and twice have been shorted food. The receipts from both orders clearly shows that the order was entered correctly, but the missing items were not ticked off as packed. The second order even had a note to the restaurant to double check that all the food was accounted for before giving the order to the driver. On a positive note, the food is tasty and portion sizes are generous. It's a good value overall, but The Chocolate Factory needs to work on quality checking orders. Food rating = 5 stars Customer satisfaction for the order received = 1 star
Got the turkey croissant sandwich which was really good. Also love the ice cream. Will definitely go back to try some more!

I enjoyed a club sub and a chocolate malt freshly prepared by friendly people! The bread was especially fresh and delicious!
I went the wrong way through the line with a big stroller and everyone was very nice about it!
Great ice cream at reasonable prices. The location is right across from the beach so you can take your ice cream out with you and sit in the sand.
