We take the family here two or three times a month and the kids love the mac and cheese along with the cheap desserts. The grownups love all the meals and other than an occasional long line, this is one of our favorite places to eat. Reasonably priced and delicious food along with pleasant staff makes us repeat customers.
First let me say how much i love getting asked to give a tip to the cash register operator. They really earn it. Next, i waited 23 minutes for my 15 dollar sandwich. They said they were understaffed and i had some time to read the news so no big deal. Finally when my sando did arrive, it was disgusting. Dry, hard bread, and nothing else. At least my table was dirty. Thanks but won't recommend.
While I personally haven't had the issue of not hot/fresh food as others have stated in my couple years frequenting this location. I have had online orders that I've been reached out to because they were out of said items and made sure to make a replacement, or a complimentary item because said item was missing, but the most recent online order unfortunately had a missing item from a 'Pick-two' online order. I know this location was hit pretty hard during the covid time but please keep up with the quality control! Aside from this visit my prior experiences were pretty on par of what one would expect from this chain!
I go there to get a dinner salad and literally get a side salad proportion. I call them and the manager tells me we have had the staff cutback on qty of ingredients. I spend $11.24 on a salad and this is what I got!! VERY UNHAPPY!Food: 1/5
actually i wanna give none star to them because yesterday a staff she charged me for a whole bill but she forgot to give me a couple things then i called in a manager said i can come to pick up another day when i came here this morning it already sold out then she said she will give me a free meal which i didn’t want to but i don’t want to make a big deal. BUt when i picked up my meal at the counter. The manager she threw my stuff to me like i was ask a free meal!!! i don’t wanna come back this location again anymore and i will tell all my friend also. To all staffs especially manager if you guys don’t like to work don’t have to come to work!! you guys shouldn’t do a Bad attitude to a customer who support your company.
3 straight terrible experiences here. 1st time was forgetting a sandwich. 2nd was a completely rotten salad. This time is rotten lettuce on salad and sandwich, 1/4 size salad, and both of our salads were completely frozen. 10/10 do not recommend.
I ordered a pick two and a mango smoothie. The smoothie tasted like ice and milk...very little mango flavor but kind of tasty. I had the Frontega chicken sandwich and the broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was fine. The sandwich had way too many onions and was drenched in sauce. I’ve ordered this before and it has not been like this in the past. Very disappointed with the food quality especially when the food is overpriced.
This location is horrible for their delivery. They are constantly late, sometimes even over an hour late. They also have a hard time getting their orders correct; one time they forgot 1 half of my pick two order. And now, today I received my sandwich with black avocado on it. I expect better customer service for the prices we are expected to pay... so disappointed.
Ordered a sandwich with added avocado and received one small slice of avocado on one half of the sandwich. The other side of the sandwich had a avocado peel in it. And on top of that the avocado is not ripe. It’s hard as a rock. Who wants to eat that. The sandwich was barely wrapped, it was falling out. Like come on. Take some pride in your work.
This store only gets 1 stars from me today. I went there for lunch today. I ordered my food on their in store kiosk station. It took them over 30 minutes to get my order ready. I had one cold sandwich, chips, cold brew and a muffin. Every time I go this Panera, they never have the order ready.
