Cute little clean coffee shop with baked goods. The coffee is great and the service is friendly and helpful. 4/5 stars because: They no longer serve breakfast, so if you’re looking for that amazing breakfast sandwich they don’t have them anymore. Only 1 bathroom and slightly over-priced compared to other cute little coffee places.

Decent coffee. Decent tea. Excellent yogurt bowl with honey. A most excellent waffle, even with no toppings. Customer service was great. WiFi worked as advertised.

Proust is a go-to place in Redmond for anyone looking for a quaint shop, with immaculate vibes, and even better people. This is a locally owned business and supports other local businesses around central oregon. If you’re debating on where to pop in and get a little studying done, or just need a great place to socialize and catch up with an old friend or colleague… this is it!

Everything is good, you seriously can’t go wrong here. They take pride in offering high quality drinks and foods, and they also offer great vegan options! Oh and the syrups are homemade. My current favorites are peppermint matcha, peppermint mocha, and maple liege waffles. Great coffee, delicious waffles, and amazing people.

Not "just another coffee joint". This is Proust Coffee & WAFFLES!!! It's those waffles that make it better than any other coffee shop. Along with those amazing coffee & waffles they have the cutest dining area, three bistro tables outside, a shady little pergola, the nicest baristas, and a few things to read. Another awesome thing about Proust is that they serve your beverage in real coffee mugs to enjoy while dining in-house. Another way Proust is making it a better world! Go check them out! Enjoy one of their creatively crafted waffles with a delicious brewed beverage. It's a great way to start your day.

This is a quaint coffee joint. The staff are super friendly and always willing to have a good conversation. The coffee is among the best coffee I’ve had in central Oregon. A side bonus is their matcha latte, it is made very well... no chunky surprises at the end of the drink and good ceremonial grade.

Such a cute coffee shop! I got a 12oz chai latte. Very tasty. Get here early if you want a pastry!!

Great little spot. I got a waffle at the end of the day so it probably wasn’t the freshest but it was still sooo tasty. The coffee was great, the atmosphere is nice and they have a “give a book take a book” section which you don’t see too much of in coffee shops so that was cool. Four stars only because every time I order a syrup flavor in my latte I can barely taste the flavor...still great coffee though.

everyone is so kind and i feel at home every time i come in. i've never had a bad experience here and this is always my go to coffee shop when i'm in redmond! thank you for always being a safe and cozy space for me.
