Jim & Lee-Annes' No Frills

I'm a regular Shopper here and sometimes they have great deals but as of late not so much. It's kind of a disappointment. No name bacon used to be 500 G now it's 375 grams and the cost was $8.99 I did not purchase. I know it's not in season for vegetables but their produce was definitely lacking

What a BIG joke.nnI decided to recently change up my usual preffered grocery store from freshco to no frills; hoping to save a few extra dollars. HA HA. Jokes on me.nnYesterday, I shopped at No-Frills and paid $30.00 for two T-Bone steaks that had completely rotten.nI went to return the steaks and was told by the cashier that she has seen many of the same steaks returned, but yet they were kept on the shelf and not discounted?nThe manager attempted to give me hard time about returning the steaks even with my receipt in hand and being at the till I just was rang through 10 minutes prior.nnToday, I thought I’d try again since I only needed a few things that weren’t produce/meat, figured I’d save a few dollars.nHA HA, jokes on me AGAIN.nI spent $40.00 on half of a bag of groceries which all were presidents choice brand items.nAs well, the store false advertises prices on the end caps to make you believe your saving and then when it gets rung through you see the actual price that they later showed me was in small numbers mixed into the middle shelf so you don’t see the numbers till it’s already rang through.n$3.50 for presidents choice soda, sure!nNope.n$6.50 for presidents choice soda. What a joke.nnA lady behind me was price matching her produce from Zehrs.nnIsn’t the whole point of No-Frills to provide low costing mostly locally sourced food?nHowever it costs more then Zehrs, and Freshco.nnOntop of the false advertisement for pricing, poor quality meat & produce, a majority of the staff lacks friendly customer service and proper problem solving ability based off my experiences.nnIt’s just a big yellow scam!nnI personally will not be attempting to shop here, both times I’ve had to spend extra time returning to the store to dispute a charge or return a poor quality inedible item and was treated with poor customer service.

My husband was at NoFrills in Orangeville around 5.45 . He slipped on ice and lost consciousness. The ambulance was called. Thankfully he is ok but when I rushed there there were 4 customers helping but no staff. An employee spread salt after the fall. I tried to call after we got home but NoFrills doesn’t answer the phone after 5.30. Horrible service, obviously they don’t care about customers. I do want to thank the wonderful customers who cared enough to stay with him until the ambulance arrived.nVery disappointed at management at this NoFrills

The girls working at cash are awesome. I needed milk for my kids and they were just closing up but the girls were so kind and helped me out. All my interactions with the staff have been above average and that rare at a No frills.

Fruits and vegetables are of the lowest quality, it’s very sad. When you ask someone about the vegetables, they have no clue what you’re talking about and won’t even go. The extra measure to look in the back to see if there is a shipment to Replens the shelf.
