I went to this location this morning and they gave me a horrible version of a cold brew, filled with cream, no coffee and mixed. When I told them that this is not a cold brew, they said that they forgot to add the espresso and proceeded to give me the exact same drink. Frustrated I left, however I am not able to drink this and it was a waste of money.nnThe only location in town that has mastered the cold brew is the location on Broadway and 4th street. All of the other locations including the one on hwy9 and airport road are a hit or miss and their employees are all rude and look at you as if you have 4 heads when you tell them this is not a cold brew. An audit needs to occur and perhaps ask the other location to teach you.

Totally disgusting location. We sat in the drive thru window and looked at a massive mess of food that had been dropped behind the counter. 4 staff members walked past, stepped over and ignored the mess. Vile. Fortunately before we got back on the highway, we looked at our daughter’s BLT that was burnt. Seriously? We had to turn around and go inside, which defeats the purpose of a drive thru. The staff apologized, made a new one and gave a refund, which counts for something…but not very much given they gave it to us burnt in the first place.

Dirty and unsanitary conditions. Same gloves worn by various employees to complete different tasks, i.e cash out, then make coffee then make food all with the same gloves. Also they will pour leftover milk and cream into your coffee from random cups on the counter, no refrigeration. Usually gets a fly infestation every spring.

Purchased 4 coffees and the server guy asked me to put the coffees into a carton !!! He just said there they are? I replied isn’t it your job to do this and I was told that sometimes he does and sometimes he doesn’t; what kind of stupidity is that? Just saying. I did tell the guy this was a first and everywhere else doe this courtesy. Wow. Got the coffee at 2:55 pm . Perhaps a manager can remind the guy why he is there!

Terrible service and everything takes forever even when theyre not busy.nI usually place mobile orders 20 mins before i go and more often than not their not ready. Then you stand there for 10 minutes while employees ignore you even when you try to talk to them. Terrible service here. Avoid!!
