Tim Hortons

One thing that really bothered me was the cleanliness of the place, I understand it's winter time and floors can be messy very easily but, it looked like the restroom and floors was cleaned for many hours. I Had been there on a weekend evening, there were barely any customers inside except a couple of cars in drive thru. Food and service was good, though it could have been better.

Order 3 cup steep Tea Double Double and All are different in Taste n Colour.. ask to service girl about it and she said this is our Steep tea... order on 2024-11-23 around 2:15 PMnnNot recommend this Tim hortan at all

Came here to get breakfast and coffees for 8 of my coworkers. I let 2 customers go ahead of us as we had a bigger order than just one person and i was still treated poorly, The older lady was not very nice , telling the people on sandwich bar that she was “SO SORRY”. I was also told while ordering if i called and ordered ahead they could’ve had everything ready for me but this was not an option for me. We had a total of 5 drinks and 6 wraps/bagels and 2 baked goods which to me isn’t all that much. As someone who worked as a supervisor at tim hortons for 4 years i was highly unimpressed. The lady who ended up presenting us with our food and drinks was very nice and made up for the person on the counter!

I believe you guys are in wrong industry, girls during morning shift around 6am doesn’t care whatever you order, I literally complained regarding my sandwich is cold, and same day they gave me another cold sandwich after clearly mentioning please double toast and check it, I literally called them back what in the hell you guys are doing their response was we checked your order we don’t know what went wrong.nnClearly they don’t care, just want to take your money that’s the prime goal. Not coming back.

This Tim Hortons has made a lot of changes over the last couple of years. I go out of my way now to come here. The staff are so pleasant, professional yet personable at the same time. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know several of the staff members now by coming here almost daily. The service is wonderful, the food is so much better now and overall, it’s worth coming from Grand Valley to this one instead because I always leave with a perfect coffee and fresh food. Highly recommend!
