Waited over 10 minutes with one person in front of me and ended up walking out when the staff worried about there breaks instead of the line up to the doors. That’s why Tim Hortons people should get paid by how they work and not by the hour cause 90% of the Tim Hortons staff are lazy... I don’t tip cause there already over paid

The service was slow,very unorganized,seems if your not in drive thru your not as important, watched my cashier go to the back stop and have a lol chat and laugh while 7 or more people are in line waiting. Worst Tim's ive been to in a long time. lady asked if I wanted to go with out the esspreso I had paid for because she wasn't able to get machine to work didnt ask for help.

The staff are nice but I have counted 14 cars be severed at the drivethru window while there was one person in front of me and one person at the till both got 1 coffee and 1 bagel

I stop at this Timmy's every morning on my way to work, the drive thru moves quickly, the staff are always pleasant and the coffee is always done to how I like it.
