Visited this location so many times but customer service is always zero . Employees don’t greet you even though as customer always said Hi ,employees don’t get bothered to reply or make any eye contact. Very disappointed . Food was good no issues.nPlease be happy wherever you work and greet people with smile and positive attitude.nThank you

Pathetic drive through service. After repeating my order 5 times at the speaker that last time loudly, I then drove up to the window to a completely incorrect order. My order was a simple cheese croissant heated with butter and a chocolate chunk cookie. My cheese croissant was cold. Also, I don’t understand the concept of stating “drive up for your total” then not being provided the total until I ask for it. I miss the days where real customer service now it’s just “how are you paying”.

They never have Canadian maple donuts here. I'm pretty sure the staff have found a way to syphon funds off gift cards people use in the store because I only bought 6 donuts and my $15 gift card was empty the next time I went in a month later. I rarely go to Tim's so I wouldn't forget going to Tim's and spending the rest of my gift card also why would I keep a gift card with 0$ on it for so long unless I thought there was ~5$ left?. I'm 100% sure they took the money off themselves. Also I write down everything I eat so I can see that I didn't eat anything else from Tim's in between visits. Call the police. The third customer service agent I called cleared this up a lot more by letting me know that the funds were removed from my gift card 3 DAYS AFTER I went to the store and was told it was empty. It was not this location, it was the Wendy's/Tim's location. I will adjust my ratings for this location upon editing this review with this follow up information.

Don't go here on a long weekend!! Drive-thru was backed up with 15-20 cars so we tried going in - BIG MISTAKE!! 3 people in line ahead of us and about 3 or 4 waiting for their food. Some people had been waiting longer than us. We waited 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Staff was only serving the drive-thru not the front of house.

Absolutely terrible specifically asked for a large coffee with two sweetener and two cream and I get it with milk and sugar. It was for my wife and she’s a diabetic. How do you get that wrong? All you have to do is listen no care whatsoever at this Tim Hortons. There was maybe three cars in the drive-through, so there’s absolutely no reason for them to have gotten a coffee wrong It seems like every time I go there it’s something
