Great store!nThey always let the.. I am a member.. Orangeville Lions Club hold the food drives for the food bank. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL.
I had a not so good experience at the store . For one I had to grab something from the milk area. She helped bit I tried to show here . But rudely she didn't care at all what I was showing her. The employees need to learn to be respectful if you don't like your job dont work there said and done.
Stopped in today to grab 3 items as we were travelling through town. We have our small chihuahua with us and it’s too hot to leave her in the car. We brought her inside and held her the entire time we were in there less than 5 minutes and the store manager had the nerve to come up to us and say she couldn’t be in here. Sooo you would rather people who are travelling leave their pets in the hot car? We were holding her. She wasn’t near any open food. Shame on Metro. Will definitely not be returning here.
I was not expecting to have such a pleasant shopping trip on my Wednesday night, where I was blessed with two hard working teenagers. Marisa captivated me with her smile and upbeat energy, she gave me the freshest and most delightful pizza. As for Jesse he helped me locate my meats in a timely manner and I was ecstatic to have such an efficient worker, making my shopping quick. I will definitely be returning to this Metro.. continue with these great workers!!;
I have been going to this store for years. First of all, the employees are always friendly, helpful and pleasant. The store is neat and clean. The produce is fresh and the bakery has a nice selection of products. I like the fact that you can get salads at the deli or an entree with two sides for $8.00 good deal. I appreciate the fact that they are part of the Air Miles program. The store has a good ambiance and it’s easy to navigate. They have good sales, especially on ground beef. Some products are a little more expensive but many are comparable to other stores or, in some cases, better. When I shop there, I feel like they appreciate my patronage. I highly recommend Metro for an enjoyable grocery shopping experience.
