Our new black lab puppy has been going to Jet Pet for a couple months now, and I can’t imagine a happier, more caring and safe environment for her to socialize, grow, and learn. Every staff member that I’ve met seems committed to the well-being of each pet, right from entering their facility, to keeping our pets safe, engaged, and clean for pickup at the end of the day. Both our cat and pup stayed overnight for a week, and they both were perfectly well-cared for. Thanks very much for your professional care: Curtis, Jack, and all the rest of the staff - Ellie and Soxie will be happy customers for years to come! Best regards and see you tomorrow! JetPet is under new management and it is like a whole new facility! The exterior outdoor yard and the interior have been upgrade over the past months with no disruptions to care or service. Best of all my dog lives the staff and is so happy to arrive and be greeted by her human friends. When I pick her up she is happy and tired. The staff are faithful to take pictures throughout the day so you can get a ‘sense’ of the day. My pup is camera shy, a diva and photogenic…but they try! Thanks so much Kurtis and team! Jane S.
I just put my dog, Bella, in boarding for 3 nights at the North Van location. The staff posted videos daily to their YouTube channel, along with pictures on their Instagram. I'm addition to that, I got the room with the camera as this was the first time leaving my puppy 6 month old on an overnight stay. The staff were absolutely amazing in answering all of my emails/check ins to ensure Bella was okay. They reassured me with videos and photos that she was doing well. My sister went to go pick Bella up since my flight was delayed, and Bella didn't want to leave! Rather than going to my sister who she knows and sees almost every day, Bella ran back to the Jet Pet staff because she didn't want to leave! I'm so grateful and appreciative for everyone that works here for the efforts they all made to ensure Bella was comfortable during her stay! She can't wait to go back!!!
Jet Pet was amazing for Pepper’s first daycare experience and sleep away from home. For a high energy breed I was a bit worried but the kind and caring staff put me at ease right away. She stayed five nights and I felt totally comfortable- the play cams and Instagram updates showed her having a great time! She was given naps as I requested and the staff followed my other care instructions as requested. They also gave her a bath before home time and washed her bed and blanket. She was happy to see me but didn’t want to leave! Happy smiles from her stay.
Daisy has been at Jet Pet NS for 3 years now and loves it. The indoor/outdoor facilities are really clean with lots of space for the dogs to play and run around. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely love animals. The location and hours are really convenient, there's parking out front, and the staff make it super easy for a quick drop off on my way to work. I highly recommend Jet Pet for any daycare and boarding services. We've tried a couple of other places, but this is our favorite for many reasons and that's why we keep coming back. Thank you, Jet Pet, for taking such great care of Daisy. :
We use jet Pet north shore for multiple services doggy daycare/boarding and kitty boarding for long trips. We’ve always received fantastic customer service and our puppy is always eager to go to daycare when my partner and I are working long days in the office. You can tell everyone employed at JP north shore care about the animals and have bonded with our pup and cat. Also to those that indicate strong urine odours, I totally agree that this used to be an issue but has since been resolved with all the upgrades they have put into the facility. Fantastic place!
We have been taking our dogs to Jet Pet North Shore for 8 years. We started with our Boston, Henry and now Mabel, our Snug. We use both daycare and boarding services and have never had a bad experience. The staff there are always professional and courteous. You can tell that they love their job but the way they treat the animals. And Mabel comes home exhausted and happy after every visit. We highly recommend Jet Pet North Shore!
We've used Jet Pet daycare since our dog was a pup, about 5 years. We are regulars - usually a few days each week. Along the way, we added a second dog to our family. Both dogs LOVE Jet Pet. When I arrive for drop off, they can't wait to get in there to see the staff and their buddies. At the end of the day, they're tired and happy. Despite the relaxation of Covid rules, Jet Pet has maintained a one-client-in-the-lobby-at-a-time policy. I'm sure this has made pick-up and drop-off more work for the staff but they manage it very well. They welcome the dogs and, when I do the pick-up, they give me an update. This makes it clear that they have been in close contact with the dogs throughout the day. And I can also check out the webcam which is lots of fun. Overall, the staff are consistently kind and energetic and it's obvious that they take pride in their work. We are big fans and are grateful for Jet Pet's care.
I send my dog Maya to Jet Pet 2-3x per week. I have nothing but great things to say. Maya can barely contain her excitement when I drop her off. And as a dog owner, I feel this speaks volumes to the positive environment Jet Pet cultivates. The dogs get plenty of socialization with other dogs, outdoor time and rest when they need to. In addition, the staff are very personable, helpful and kind. I highly recommend Jet Pet as a daycare!
Nothing but great things to say about Jet Pet Resort North Shore. This was the first time for us doing dog-boarding with our adopted dog and the staff were fantastic to deal with - we did an initial meet and greet to make sure there was a good fit which gave us some extra comfort, and they had plenty of patience answering all of our questions. Our dog came home like he had a great time playing and socializing with new friends. We also liked that they group together the size of dogs for playtime as we have a large dog. Highly recommend.
