The park was established through the generous donation of farm land owned by James Baird, a contractor and engineer whose firm constructed the Lincoln Memorial. The park features a Robert Trent Jones-designed 18-hole golf course, a driving range, two picnic shelters, a playground and tennis courts.
The golf course also features a full-service restaurant, eighteen by Coppola's (https://www.coppolas.net/eighteen-by-coppola-s). Come experience a delicious meal in our cozy clubhouse any day of the week during golf season, select days off-season. The restaurant and its veranda are available for weddings and other special events. Those looking for a wedding ceremony spot can also reserve the pergola located near the park's picnic shelters.
