Well let's be honest, I didn't go to Greenvale park for the park. Behind the park is Wappingers Creek and that's where I went because I went fishing. For those that are interested the creek is a very relaxing area though the fish are not that big. The creek has both trout and bluegills as well as crayfish and from what I saw a really big turtle. The creek has trails shadowing it though in some areas you may need to bushwack.

Nice for picnics, tennis or kids playground, but used to be good for fishing. They have mostly blocked the creek and destroyed any fishing potential. Was great when I was a kid

An ok park. The field gets soggy when there's rain. The play structures are fine if a bit old.
