Antonio is a a very experienced trainer. He is is very attentive to muscle reactions during workouts and always finds a way to alleviate any discomfort thanks to his deep understanding of movements. Training with him has helped me become stronger and my injured knee restore strength.
I’ve had couple trainers before meeting Antonio. One of the many reasons that I am sticking with Antonio is that his background in Kinesiology helps me identify the root of my back pain and get a better understanding on the movement mechanism beyond the training sessions. Highly recommended!
Antonio is very professional and knowledgeable! I’m lucky to have him to be my trainer! Especially during my rehab training he’s very patient to listen my need and helped me design rehab plan. He is definitely a big help in my ACL recovery. I’m highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a trainer!
If you are looking for a personal trainer to teach you about mobility, to show you how to move your joints through their full range of motion, Antonio is your man! His training protocols are challenging, very individualized, and produce results session in and out. He is a very inspiring, motivating, and kind trainer who is always flexible enough to accommodate any changes in regards to scheduling. All in all I would not hesitate to choose Antonio as the trainer to help you reach your fitness goals.
