This guy was super nice to me. A bit off at the beginning but then offered to have my old uke fixed for free when I got him a new one. I hadn't even bought the old one there. He was very helpful.

They are very rude. He showed me a used guitar. I asked him should I pay taxes for used guitar? cause I really don't know. He pulled the guitar aggressively from my hand put it back on the shelf and he said find another country to live in. I told him none of your business and I left. I bought the guitar from steve's and I went back to his store door and I started to play on the guitar. I told him it is a really good one he smiled for the first time ever and said "yeaaaah!" I do believe in the conspiracy theory saying that it is owned by steve's.

Why does this people fight with their clients? Went to buy a spare part and received the worst service ever in my life. I read the comments now I sympathize with the conspiracy theory: they're paid by Steve's!

I am secretely convinced that this store belongs to Steve's Music and they get paid to offer an even worse service than they do (which is tough!) that way they will look good by comparison. How can this store possibly stay open otherwise? Anyways avoid like the plague
