I left my USB by accident at the business center and one of the amazing employees, Jean-Louis, didn’t hesitate to help me out. He sent it directly by FedEx and I received it within 2 days across the country. Thank you so much for your amazing service and kindness!
The team here is great to work with. I walked in at opening two days in a row with large rush jobs and they delivered them within three hours. Their binding machine broke, and two employees even went to another location to finish the job . They were very busy with other customers, so this level of commitment meant a lot working on a tight deadline. I will 100% return and would recommend them to anyone!
Incredible, over-and-above service experience with Jean-Louis at the Notre Dame store! It would have been easy for him to say ‘sorry, we can’t do it’, but he thought outside of the box and found a way to help me during my parents’ move. Just the ‘can-do’ attitude we all need. Personal, caring service like a local ‘Mom & Pop’ store, very rare from a ‘big box’ chain!
Very poor customer service for a place which usually has a great customer centric model. Agent Ian at the shipping welcomed me with a bored look not an ounce of smile then refused to tape the label on a shipping contrary to all staple locations stating it was not his job. customer service being not his strong suit I decided to give management some feedback which resulted in a cascade of animosity. Mr.Marre as he mentioned was not interested in customer feedback as his business was extremely busy grossing 10mil a month. When walking toward the agent they exchanged harsh words in Arabic which they didn’t realize I spoke. Not a smile in sight and very defensive behaviors I decided to give my feedback to headquarters which they gladly took.
Good Bureau en Gros at 770 Notre-Dame Street. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time for the copy center. Ali greeted me with a smile. I had some voluminous binding to be done with Cerlox for the Court 9 h am tomorrow morning. I was stressed out. I asked Ali. He answered normally NO not right now but for later tomorrow. And then he said I will make an exception for you. So he did it all even after hours. WOW! Ali is really 5 stars ! Thank you so much !
Awesome service. I ordered some certificats online and within an hour got an email saying they were ready for pick-up. When i arrived at the store, we realised that the 1st certificat in each package was very yellow from being exposed to the sun. The employee right off the bat proposed to open them on the spot to see if anything could be salvageable. Most of it luckily was. He straight up gave me a discount that was more than fair for this situation without me putting the time in to negotiate. So i left in a really good mood despite the situation because i was compensated without any hassle. I definitely feel like i got some excellent customer service that a LOT of people and compagnies should use as an example.
No human only machine. Too many number selections then call back later good bye. With these kinds of store service, Shop on other websites that they help you though their website give consultation and virtual exhibits with much better price. I have called several times to ask one question about delivery to 3 stores in different hours. I just wasted my time. I was put on a loop by answering machine. It is mach better to go on the other websites if you have to shop on internet.
Excellent service from Raymond. I’m surprised how such a big chain store could have such good customer care. Very impressed. I’ll be back at this location for more.
I got an excellent service from Youssef. He was very kind and ready to help. He showed a high level of professionalism. I really appreciate his work and his devotion. I forgot one item and he didnt hesitate to bring it to me though I was about to leave. Such an honest and great employee. Staples should be proud to have him as part of the team. Thank you Youssef for your kindness and for answering all my questions and for your time and consideration. Keep up the good work.
